Hi there was wondering How big is your colony in the 20litre fish tank? You started with 6 of them how many roughly has the colony grown since then?????
@@TheUrbanFishkeeper thank you so much for replying I just started a 20lt tank as well but only a pair in it for now :) may I ask you what do you feed the Fry's when their free swimming thank you? Also what other species can you add in with these guys or best as only species tank??
I have a similar fish in a 4ft (gold ocellatus) I was wondering what your thoughts are on somthing swimming in the top collum any recommendations? Thanks 😊
Hi Bobby, because of there water requirements there are not many options. I would try some of the harder water Rainbow fish. The normal live bearers would also work. I would go Rainbows :-)
@@smile1234happy he bought 6 and let the breed. Just keep testing the water and you will find a routine. Done similar setup and was changing water once a week and that was more for me as the water was fine
Mate, with the fry feeding, I haven't found anything that is better than the powder food you can get. A small pinch couple of times a day is way less hassle than messing with cultures.
