I watch a lot of different Genshin creators, and one thing I love about your content in particular is that your guides are well-researched, but also balanced with your own opinions. You'll reference Zajef, TGS, and KQM for theorycrafting stuff, and you'll aggregate and communicate that info in an accessible way for me, but then you will also give your own thoughts based on your experience with the character. I like to take in a range of perspectives from people I trust, and then form my own opinions. I sense that you approach things that way too.
I'm more readily attuned to ladies, but Zhongli? Neuvillette? The, uh the Doctor? Sorry. Daddy? Sorry. Itto, though, is a genki Inazuman on par with Yoimiya's vibes. I mean, they both have huge, bouncy braided-rope bows on their backs, how are they not as lovably uplifting as that?
I love wanderers design. My jaw dropped when I saw his trailer released in the Sumeru region. The hype when everyone saw him flying around around got me to pull for him. Till now I never regretted my decision 😊

Your vendetta against Diona and Wanderer are too funny 😂For me Diona was a character I wanted for sooo long cause I didn't have a good defensive unit for my Ayaka team (had to use Sayu as healer, but no grouping ugh). Once I got her I used her for one patch because then Kokomi reran, and then I got Diona c6 real fast all of a sudden 💀I still think she's one of the best pure defensive units in 4 man co-op tho. Just go full HP% with Raven Bow and tap E every 4 sec. Requires C2 ofc. I used to hate Wanderer too but he actually grew on me through events and the Archon quest. Now I don't set foot outside of town/abyss/domains without him on the team lol.

yeah a lot of people only wish for dudes or girls depending on who their into but as a straight guy it looks so weird to me idk. I pull for either depending on which character looks cool or has a fun playstyle or is meta.
@@I.disagreejust do the artifact farming route until 99 and go over the limit by being in the same region of tatarasuna where it is okay to collect everything which has a lot of iron chunks. Somehow feels faster and more efficient than mining iron chunks.

Raiden + Eula still my favorite combination. My 2 top characters on my account, they hit like trucks compared to rest of my roster. My Yelan is at a solid 3rd place for me.

Kaveh is so good in for Nahida Nilou Furina team. Kaveh’s healing can trigger furina’s healing. It’s a risky team but it’s so much fun because enemies die pretty fast.
Furina doesn’t buff Blooms, she’s very much wasted here and her hydro application is quite a lot worse than other options, there’s no real point of using the team. If you want to use Kaveh then I’d suggest just using Xingqiu instead of Furina here for more Blooms. Or just replace Kaveh with any of the better healers for Nilou like Kokomi, Barbara or Yaoyao, Baizhu
I discovered you last year and I truly respect your dedication. Really your attention even to four stars drew me to your account in the first place. But its the fact you really show passion and care in your videos every topic. I hope to see more from this channel in 2024 and beyond as long as you make these!
I think the “would build again” percentage is a bit high, but really just shows how much you love the game. 😆 I don’t mind at all that characters are liked or disliked based on design. Ultimately it is a game and everyone should play in a way that is fun. It doesn’t all have to be raw efficiency.

I tried building all characters at least ascend them to 80/80 purely for the free pulls before I got burned out, and let me tell you, the old BP that has a quest of getting like 100 or something amount of regional specialties weee amazing help, I memorized the path to get like different types of them from both liyue and mondstadt hence I had a lot of stockpiles and when I was set enough to be able to build random stupid stuff I was able to just farm the boss materials and talents for them, it was great but time consuming, so it made sense that they removed that weekly BP mission
The story of you and your wife playing Genshin together gives me the fuzzies because this how me and my boyfriend bonded and got closer. Genshin couples are the sweetest.
There is a fridge team with Ganyu which is amazing for multitarget (even dual) and made me pass a lot of abyss 12 rooms flawlessly and is very very fun to play. The team is Ganyu, Kokomi, Kazuha and Nahida. Kokomi with an EM build to make more bloom damage, and Kazuha to bring the seeds, Ganyu raindrops and mobs together and Ganyu with a permafrost set and high ER, to add more damage to the team. Once you got all this working with nahida tags and kokomi jellyfish, you can switch again to Kokomi and throw charged attacks and make everthing explode. On this team Ganyu is better than Ayaka and Shenhe,

I started watching your videos because there’s a lot of text-to-speech Genshin videos that I despise. I continued watching because the quality is amazing with well researched information and cross-referencing other sources.
The reason why I decided to build every single of my characters was that early on I was struggling in Abyss. A lot. Every time new Abyss cycle started, I looked up the guides and realized I don't have characters they recommend. Then I started building those characters but then new Abyss cycle started and surprise, completely different characters were needed. By that time I was struggling to beat even floor 9 and I hated Abyss like nothing else. And from that came my decision to will build all my characters just so they're all combat ready and when a new team is needed, I can just put them into a party and use them. And that's exactly what I did. It took me two years, I don't have all characters in the game but I have 90% of them including all 4*s and now every single of them is level 90 with at least 8/8/8 talents (yes I leveled up even talents considered worthless) and when I decide I want to try out a team, I can just snap them in. When I caught up for the first time, I had average time two weeks per character, and that included me starting from the very beginning of the game. But I also managed to do it without significant spending, though I have to admit that Welkin and Battlepass did help both with acquiring new characters and with getting them up to speed.

Hi, thanks a lot for your "My biography with Genshin Impact. Vol.1". I like your videos very much. Using the welkin moon and the bp is the reality for many players. Therefore, other guides are not so helpful if any character is maxed out and has its signature weapon. Please go on doing what you do.

I'm just happy content creators like you exist. People take this game entirely too seriously, almost like it's an esport, and that's not what the game is about. For me it's just about kicking back, relaxing and indulging yourself in the world of Teyvat with your favorite characters. Yes, the game is not perfect, and there are rough edges that REALLY need sharpening, but when you look past that you see a fun game with lots of potential.
I love this video, it marks a very important milestone of your channel, and spicing it up with a true story and your likes and dislikes is very nice!! Now having a more objective view on builds and relative value of characters would be more helpful, but that is not the purpose here, CC is not just about meta. Came across your channel a few months ago and you've quickly become one of my favourite Genshin content creators precisely because of your niche. Your content being based around the middle ground between F2P and low-mid spending for money investment and theorycrafting but not to the point of min max speedrunning is actually how I play the game too.
Honestly this might be a hot take but I feel like the only must pull characters are Zhongli, Raiden, and Kazuha. Maybe Furina but I don't have her so maybe other ppl can confirm. For DPS chars I really don't think it matters at all. But the most recent main damage dealers have definitely power crept older ones from Inazuma and before.
I don't see why you can't get Hu Tao's C1, I mean... if you make showcase you can simply use her with jump cancels instead of dash cancels and that's the same as showcasing C0 Hu Tao. It's like with Yelan C1. As long as you don't double tap it. It's C0
Even if he's not the best, I'd do wriothesley again just because i love punching/martial arts characters. Why im so sad heizou has been missing for so long.
Congrats! I respect that you wanted to test and play them all yourself as opposed to certain CCs who borrow accounts and half-ass the testing for characters they've already decided not to pull.

I know you've played and tested them, but I wanna see what someone who wants a team full of guys says about Genshin characters.
As an F2P with 2 accounts, I don't have all of the characters but I can confidently say that pulling for Neuv, Nahida, Kazuha, Zhongli will make your account so boringly strong.
I'm glad I didn't skip out on Itto like I did, three times over, on Yoimiya, and the two really are two of a kind for me. Genki Inazumans with big, bouncy braided-rope bows on their backs. They're just so peppy and uplifting, like two sides of the child-like spirit coin. Only regret is both their arms are so spindly.
It'd be such a godsend from HYV if they allowed us to deactivate and reactivate constellations we already have. It'd make testing so much easier and would allow a bigger variety of team comps and possibly more fun. You can change weapons and artifacts but once the cons are active, their kit is changed forever.
Congrats on getting every character! Love your guides as I am a new player (4 months of active play) and your guides give me something to look forward to when I finally get the characters I want. Keep up the great work! =)

This was very interesting and fun to watch as it greatly summarizes your own perspective from their gameplays. I have received an account review from you last September 2023 and the amount of growth I have accomplished was mainly because of your tips and techniques from the start. I originally did not want to have Nahida but ended up getting her, I don't dislike her, but the way you subtly convinced me to do so for my Kaveh and Wriothesley was a life changer, and I would do it all over again. In a span of 6 years, a lot has improved from my gameplay since I got to apply your logics and analyzations to the game itself. Such an underrated content creator for sure... :)
I pulled for eula and didnt have a good claymore. I knew i wanted hunters but didnt know if i should pull her weapon. You said reed sea was probably the best all around claymore to grab because it was only slightly below broken pines. You recommended reed sea due to verdatility of use on more charcaters convinced me to get it. Eula slaps with reed sea and im not mad i pulled it. Nice recommendation.
It's interesting we both started around the same time (for me it was the Albedo banner in 2.4), and I've stayed as a Welkin player the whole way through, with a few BPs in the beginning, rever refreshed resin either. I have nowhere near every character but I do feel like I have more than I will ever need really. In the last few months I finally feel like there is literally nothing the abyss can throw at me that I can't easily crush, but it also has started allowing me the freedom to choose who I *feel* like playing, instead of who I *have* to play to 36*, it's quite a nice feeling. All this to say I feel like you're one of the more relatable guide makers out there to me. Not hardcore F2P playing Elden Ring version of abyss (I'm a masher at heart too), but also not a total resin-refreshing artifact whale who has 45+ cv on every piece. It's understandable you're refreshing more now, since you're something of a "horizontal whale" for the channel 😂

I am also looking up to you in perfecting my Raiden to the absolute best. I started Genshin last year November and you are one of the few genshin creators YT showed me up and seeing how dedicated of a Raiden main you are and still remaining dedicated even when there are other strong DPSs makes me want to be dedicated Raiden main as well. As a new player, I have collected my primos all the way from the start and never wished until Raiden came and with good luck was able to get her C2 and although wanted to pull for her weapon but the number of pimos i managed to get gave me 5 50/50s out which i lost two to Tighnari and Diluc so one can guess how much primos i might have collected and spend on Raiden's banner. And now i m on a hunt for primos again to get Kazuha to build absolute best hypercarry team. Artifacts farming is still on its way, my dear Raiden is unfortunately with shitty stats yet she carries me with all types of enemies in Tevyat. I never ever regretted getting her and will forever keep her in my main team.

Raiden + Eula still my favorite combination. My 2 top characters on my account, they hit like trucks compared to rest of my roster. My Yelan is at a solid 3rd place for me.

Kaveh is so good in for Nahida Nilou Furina team. Kaveh’s healing can trigger furina’s healing. It’s a risky team but it’s so much fun because enemies die pretty fast.
This sounds like a fun team to use with Kaveh ❤ I hope he has enough interruption resistence though... 😅 For being onfield!

Furina doesn’t buff Blooms, she’s very much wasted here and her hydro application is quite a lot worse than other options, there’s no real point of using the team. If you want to use Kaveh then I’d suggest just using Xingqiu instead of Furina here for more Blooms. Or just replace Kaveh with any of the better healers for Nilou like Kokomi, Barbara or Yaoyao, Baizhu

I don’t mind at all that characters are liked or disliked based on design. Ultimately it is a game and everyone should play in a way that is fun. It doesn’t all have to be raw efficiency.

I tried building all characters at least ascend them to 80/80 purely for the free pulls before I got burned out, and let me tell you, the old BP that has a quest of getting like 100 or something amount of regional specialties weee amazing help, I memorized the path to get like different types of them from both liyue and mondstadt hence I had a lot of stockpiles and when I was set enough to be able to build random stupid stuff I was able to just farm the boss materials and talents for them, it was great but time consuming, so it made sense that they removed that weekly BP mission
The story of you and your wife playing Genshin together gives me the fuzzies because this how me and my boyfriend bonded and got closer. Genshin couples are the sweetest.
There is a fridge team with Ganyu which is amazing for multitarget (even dual) and made me pass a lot of abyss 12 rooms flawlessly and is very very fun to play.
The team is Ganyu, Kokomi, Kazuha and Nahida. Kokomi with an EM build to make more bloom damage, and Kazuha to bring the seeds, Ganyu raindrops and mobs together and Ganyu with a permafrost set and high ER, to add more damage to the team. Once you got all this working with nahida tags and kokomi jellyfish, you can switch again to Kokomi and throw charged attacks and make everthing explode.
On this team Ganyu is better than Ayaka and Shenhe,

I started watching your videos because there’s a lot of text-to-speech Genshin videos that I despise.
I continued watching because the quality is amazing with well researched information and cross-referencing other sources.
The reason why I decided to build every single of my characters was that early on I was struggling in Abyss. A lot. Every time new Abyss cycle started, I looked up the guides and realized I don't have characters they recommend. Then I started building those characters but then new Abyss cycle started and surprise, completely different characters were needed. By that time I was struggling to beat even floor 9 and I hated Abyss like nothing else. And from that came my decision to will build all my characters just so they're all combat ready and when a new team is needed, I can just put them into a party and use them. And that's exactly what I did. It took me two years, I don't have all characters in the game but I have 90% of them including all 4*s and now every single of them is level 90 with at least 8/8/8 talents (yes I leveled up even talents considered worthless) and when I decide I want to try out a team, I can just snap them in. When I caught up for the first time, I had average time two weeks per character, and that included me starting from the very beginning of the game. But I also managed to do it without significant spending, though I have to admit that Welkin and Battlepass did help both with acquiring new characters and with getting them up to speed.

Hi, thanks a lot for your "My biography with Genshin Impact. Vol.1". I like your videos very much. Using the welkin moon and the bp is the reality for many players. Therefore, other guides are not so helpful if any character is maxed out and has its signature weapon. Please go on doing what you do.

Noblesse chongyun is really underated, esp with his 15% cd reduction. It works great with navia.
I got keqing too on my first 10 pull. From the standard banner. I did 40 pulls on standard before a player joined my world and told me to pull on limited banners not on standard. 😂

I'm just happy content creators like you exist. People take this game entirely too seriously, almost like it's an esport, and that's not what the game is about. For me it's just about kicking back, relaxing and indulging yourself in the world of Teyvat with your favorite characters. Yes, the game is not perfect, and there are rough edges that REALLY need sharpening, but when you look past that you see a fun game with lots of potential.
I love this video, it marks a very important milestone of your channel, and spicing it up with a true story and your likes and dislikes is very nice!! Now having a more objective view on builds and relative value of characters would be more helpful, but that is not the purpose here, CC is not just about meta. Honestly this might be a hot take but I feel like the only must pull characters are Zhongli, Raiden, and Kazuha. Maybe Furina but I don't have her so maybe other ppl can confirm. For DPS chars I really don't think it matters at all. But the most recent main damage dealers have definitely power crept older ones from Inazuma and before.
I don't see why you can't get Hu Tao's C1, I mean... if you make showcase you can simply use her with jump cancels instead of dash cancels and that's the same as showcasing C0 Hu Tao. It's like with Yelan C1. As long as you don't double tap it. It's C0

As an F2P with 2 accounts, I don't have all of the characters but I can confidently say that pulling for Neuv, Nahida, Kazuha, Zhongli will make your account so boringly strong.

I'm glad I didn't skip out on Itto like I did, three times over, on Yoimiya, and the two really are two of a kind for me. Genki Inazumans with big, bouncy braided-rope bows on their backs. They're just so peppy and uplifting, like two sides of the child-like spirit coin. Only regret is both their arms are so spindly.
It'd be such a godsend from HYV if they allowed us to deactivate and reactivate constellations we already have. It'd make testing so much easier and would allow a bigger variety of team comps and possibly more fun. You can change weapons and artifacts but once the cons are active, their kit is changed forever.
Congrats on getting every character! Love your guides as I am a new player (4 months of active play) and your guides give me something to look forward to when I finally get the characters I want. Keep up the great work! =)

This was very interesting and fun to watch as it greatly summarizes your own perspective from their gameplays. I have received an account review from you last September 2023 and the amount of growth I have accomplished was mainly because of your tips and techniques from the start. I originally did not want to have Nahida but ended up getting her, I don't dislike her, but the way you subtly convinced me to do so for my Kaveh and Wriothesley was a life changer, and I would do it all over again. In a span of 6 years, a lot has improved from my gameplay since I got to apply your logics and analyzations to the game itself. Such an underrated content creator for sure... :)

I pulled for eula and didnt have a good claymore. I knew i wanted hunters but didnt know if i should pull her weapon. You said reed sea was probably the best all around claymore to grab because it was only slightly below broken pines. You recommended reed sea due to verdatility of use on more charcaters convinced me to get it. Eula slaps with reed sea and im not mad i pulled it. Nice recommendation.

It's interesting we both started around the same time (for me it was the Albedo banner in 2.4), and I've stayed as a Welkin player the whole way through, with a few BPs in the beginning, rever refreshed resin either. I have nowhere near every character but I do feel like I have more than I will ever need really. In the last few months I finally feel like there is literally nothing the abyss can throw at me that I can't easily crush, but it also has started allowing me the freedom to choose who I *feel* like playing, instead of who I *have* to play to 36*, it's quite a nice feeling. All this to say I feel like you're one of the more relatable guide makers out there to me. Not hardcore F2P playing Elden Ring version of abyss (I'm a masher at heart too), but also not a total resin-refreshing artifact whale who has 45+ cv on every piece. It's understandable you're refreshing more now, since you're something of a "horizontal whale" for the channel 😂

I am also looking up to you in perfecting my Raiden to the absolute best. I started Genshin last year November and you are one of the few genshin creators YT showed me up and seeing how dedicated of a Raiden main you are and still remaining dedicated even when there are other strong DPSs makes me want to be dedicated Raiden main as well.
As a new player, I have collected my primos all the way from the start and never wished until Raiden came and with good luck was able to get her C2 and although wanted to pull for her weapon but the number of pimos i managed to get gave me 5 50/50s out which i lost two to Tighnari and Diluc so one can guess how much primos i might have collected and spend on Raiden's banner. And now i m on a hunt for primos again to get Kazuha to build absolute best hypercarry team. Artifacts farming is still on its way, my dear Raiden is unfortunately with shitty stats yet she carries me with all types of enemies in Tevyat. I never ever regretted getting her and will forever keep her in my main team.
