You should come visit sometime if you can, there’s all kinds of different stuff to see and do here in America and it’s such a big country that depending on where you go will vary your experience wildly because the Midwest is completely different from the east coast or the west coast or the south or the Pacific Northwest and so on. On the flip side Australia is one of the places I’ve always wanted to go but haven’t made it yet
Wow! I'm an avid watcher of this channel. My wife and kids think I'm weird for watching a dude ride around a city all day, but I absolutely LOVE it. It's crazy that you're in Indianapolis, because this is my hometown, born, raised and reside. It has never dawned on me until today, that all of the times I've watched other cities, that there are people from those cities watching the videos, noticing something they've never noticed before about their own city. I say this, because there a few buildings in this video I've passed a million times, and have never noticed them, because they just never stood out. I will say to anyone watching, monument circle is very nice. It's the focal point of downtown. Video typically doesn't do it justice. There's been a lot of construction lately, however, but it's really nice to walk around, sit on the stairs and listen to the city chatter, street performers, and such. You will see a lot of homeless people downtown though.
Wow, so cool that you ended this video at the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I have watched the Indy 500 on tv for years, and often imagined where in the city it would be located. It must be quite the experience to be there when several hundred thousand spectators are there during Memorial Day weekend. I have never been to Indianapolis, but it surprised me how nice it is. Thank you J Utah, for once again taking me on another interesting drive in one of the great cities of the world, at least through the lens of your camera 👍
glad you enjoyed it mike! the midwest in general is a lot of fun to travel through if youve spent enough time on the coasts. lots of history too. more to come!
This one of America's major cities I hear about from time to time, but haven't really seen any footage of. Looks like a nice place. Thanks for taking us around town and to the race track.
@ChrisTheAspergerGuy yeah it's not a major city I've lived here all my life not even considered a top 5 city in just the midwest let alone the entire country
@@andrewd8026it’s not a big city is what you mean. Indianapolis still has basic amenities for a major city so yeah it is a major city. Just not a big one like Chicago or especially LA or NYC
I've watched your videos for the past 8 years or so. This looks like the first time you put facts on the video itself instead of just in the description. I like it!
good and this is a first time! i want to have a system to identify actual buildings to inform viewers on what they are actually seeing but this is just a first attempt with broad city info. any other feedback let me know and thanks for sticking around for so long!

1 piece of advice from my side. Not to brag. But I am a professional subtitler. People looking at a screen like a PC screen, most don't see the top of the screen. Especially when people watch with glasses because then the frame hinders the range of the viewing range. Especially in your videos in which we, as a viewer, drive along, we are a driver. We pay attention to the traffic light, the pedestrians and cyclists, the road signs, the buildings on the side, and all the information needed to drive safely. You drive and we drive too. So we don't look up. Sometimes. But usually not. So my advice is to place the subtitles at the bottom of your movie, and not at the top. Information in a movie is not called "subtitles" for nothing. Otherwise everyone would have only talked about "surtitles". Beyond that. You have a great YT channel and I hope you continue for a long time to come. I love to watch. THX.

definitely not that big lived here my whole life and they take forever to build new projects it can literally be 10 years from when a new building is approved to when it's complete
Every city has crime. Unless you happen to live right in the most rough area, and personally know people engaged in crime, statisically you won't suffer more than random crime, which is something that can happen everywhere. Overall Indy is safe, just be smart about it.

Trust me you’ll feel the same about any city once you been there awhile. It’s all the same, racism, unemployment, police brutality ect ect. If you don’t like Indy, don’t blame the city, maybe it’s you. Nobody is going to help a grown man that’s always complaining about things. People tend to support folks that’s are out here making a difference and being productive. I suggest you change your attitude before moving anywhere or you’ll be sad and depressed wherever you go.
