I am not sure you can send the app developer a message asking about an IOS version of your iPhone, you can also ask about the copy and paste feature. I did this video for him some time ago but he is the developer

Hi All questions related to the functionality of this app have to be directed directly at the developer of the app. I merely did a promotional video. I don't have any control over what happens with the app. So on the Play Store you can click the support link and post your questions.
This app is not responding.... Mouse function keyboard function in Tanix Tx6 box.. Plus adds contains spoils the tv screen with big White patch on the screen.. How to fix it?

That happens when Google play services is downloading in the background. It will take a while then the download will start. You logged into the play store for the first time on the box

You will have to contact the app developer on the Google play Store for technical support. Sometimes there are TV boxes that has compatibility issues the developer will have to solve.
Is wifi needed for this app? Will it work if the andriod TV box runs on Ethernet lan

@@laifongchan537 The box and phone needs to be on the same network LAN/WiFi for it to work. It cannot work with Bluetooth.

This is an Android app made to run on Android devices with root support (rooted). It will not even work on Android TVs because they are all not rooted.

Things that don't work on the app has to be fixed with updates from the developer. Unfortunately, I'm not the developer. It's been a couple of years since I have heard from him.

Is your TV an Android TV? It's an Android app so it needs Android to work.
It does not work when you are using application mouse for MI box 4
Use the app caller Cast play for TV and it works better than the Cetus play app.

I'm not sure it can control any game, more games with default gamepad controls. It does not have a keymapping feature.

How to zoom tv screen in cetus play app
First you have to ask yourself if your box supports pinch and zoom function. Then if it does you simply switch to touchpad mode and perform your action. If it does not have pinch and zoom function then it will not work.

It has to be the US region. It is available on the iOS store but it's more an Android app. There are APK downloads where you can install it directly without the need for Play Store, but there are no downloads for iOS as probably secured/protected from sideloading apps. - www.cetusplay.com/

When I did this video it was a couple of years ago and I have not used it since. The video was sponsored by CetusPlay and they are the developers of the app. So is best you use their support or contact page for tech support.

Can you please make a video on H96 Max+ Tv Box that how to connect it with Cetus Play remote app or give me some instructions for it. I have tried but after connecting, some buttons only work in this app, not even mouse function works.
I tried to assist other people with TV boxes, but it appears that it works better on Amlogic hardware rather than Rockchip hardware. You would have to contact the app developer on the play store.

I jus tried it to take off the Android box but it could not put it on
The app cannot turn on the box because the app uses Bluetooth, and when the box is off there is no app or Bluetooth.
