  • The MM300e is an external mount flange facer designed for facing up to 30cm( 12") diameters. This video shows how the machine is installed and how it is used.

    nice video instruction! it will be great if you make also a video instruction how to make re-facing on RTJ flange with using measuring kit!

      Yeah, and on the old, rusty, eroded and dented flange when positioning is not so easy.

    What is the depth of cut for each line?

      Hello, thanks for your question. The depth of cut is relative to the material, but
      generally, a finish cut has a depth of 0.2mm (0.008”) - Roughing cut depth up to 1mm (0.040”).
