    Very nice review.
    I fly a LOT for my channel (no pun intended) and with new handluggage regulations here in the EU i'm looking into a new bag as well.
    Since i'm out in the field for 10-12 hrs a day i need to have a small compartment for food/drinks etc and it seems the top compartment with a BYOB could do the trick.
    Still undecided whether I want the Axis 20L or the fulton 16L, but Tenba for sure makes the perfect bag!
    Oh and before I forget, THANK YOU for actually taking the bag on a plane and showing the fit, not many do that.

      I for sure had to take it on a plane. I think that can easily be a make or break decision. It's hard to find the perfect back. We all need different things, but I've found Tenba bags check off a lot of things.

    Nice review, good mix of actually using the bag in the real world, along with showing it off on set. Unrelated question, where did you get those cool maps on your wall?

      Thanks for the comment. I had fun making this video so I'm glad everything I did paid off. Check out Street Carvings for the maps. I really want to do a wall full of cities. Maybe one day.

    Great review and video, my man. I believe I’m gonna donate my meager earnings to this very same camera backpack very soon.

      That would be a good choice. Its been an awesome backpack for me!

    Like the way you.lit the bag up to highlight the very dull cammo pattern 😁

    I'm torn between this in the 20L, 20L LT & Lowepro protactic. Need to get my mitts on them. Nice footage of Yellowstone. Keep it up. Great review. Cheers.

      @@JeremyWalton Thanks for the reply. Yes Yellowstone looks fantastic. I'm from the UK and nearest equivalent is the Lake District. Without the bears thou. 😂👍

      Just checked out Lake District. I'll have to put that on my to do list!

      @@JeremyWalton Yes well worth a visit. Lake Ullswater is a little less crowded than Windermere. Very photogenic. Scafell Pike if your into a bit of climbing. Highest mountain in England. Take care.

    I am about to buy a bag this one is in my top 3 I am still deciding but I have a question, how is the zipper area, do they hold (lets say tourist work in the Europe crowded streets, with the bag on the back) how dangerous for someone to open you the bag and grab the laptop, or the side door, how easy is for a thief to get your gear?, that is my only concern.

    😂 you really do love that bag! Seems like a nice bag. Does it provide any crush protection?

    • @JeremyWalton
      @JeremyWalton  Год назад +1

      I do! No crush protection for the backpack. Although I've had zero issues when traveling with the original and V2. All my gear is good to go. My equipment under the plane has crush protection for sure. Tenba has some good options for that!

    Thanks for the review. As a sports photographer, I pretty much use only gripped bodies like the Canon R3. Do they fit nicely in the 24 or should I order the 32 best ?

    • @JeremyWalton
      @JeremyWalton  Год назад

      I fit my R3, Komodo, 2 lenses, batteries, and a bunch of smaller misc. items. It works for me, but if you need to carry more then I'd bump up to the 32.

    Great review! Do you think the 20L would fit under an airplane seat?

    • @JeremyWalton
      @JeremyWalton  Год назад +1

      I personally haven't tried that bag, but if you watch Tenba's video on the Axis V2 tactical backpacks, they say the 20L will fit under the seat.

    • @oarnold2900
      @oarnold2900 Год назад +1

      I have the 20L. The only time I have flown with it, there was room in the overhead, so up it went. But I feel confident it will fit under most seats (the regional jet window seats' under areas are usually compromised by the curvature of the airframe).

    I've been looking at this bag (AXIS V2) for 6 months now LOL. They just introduced the AXIS LT line - thinking that maybe the one to get instead (unfortunately it's only 20L). How you checked it out?

    • @JeremyWalton
      @JeremyWalton  Год назад

      Haven't got my hands on the LT line. Looks interesting though. I think 20L would be too small for me if I was only rocking 1 bag. Don't wait too long. Before you know it the V3 will be out, lol.

    • @stkuj

      @@JeremyWalton I was thinking that he 20L would be a tad to small for me too. Then, I saw their matching 6L sling (combo with 20L) would be a nice versatile system).

    • @JeremyWalton
      @JeremyWalton  Год назад +1

      I did. The V2 LT 20L looks interesting. I wouldn't mind trying that out. Prob too small for my normal bag use, but it's nice to have options.
