I have to say I grew up in the 70s and '80s and I watched Suzanne Pleshette multiple times in quite a few different TV shows and made for TV movies and I think even some Disney movies and she was always very pretty fun to watch and very smart and witty and just somebody really miss seeing on TV. You know you get to watch some of those people and it's just you. You become used to them and then they're gone and that's hard. It's difficult. It's like you become used to that person and now they're gone and I really complaining but I guess that's just part of getting older growing older but not growing up

Why can’t we get back to these times...people had senses of humor and were not easily offended..:
2021 sucks even if we were without Covid

I hate that smoking has taken so many of our celebrities,..these two for instance.

Then why not just drive off a cliff when you're seventy?!? She was only 70 when she died,...she would have been around for 15 to 20 years more if she hadn't smoked. I'm sorry you don't miss her...

I agree 100% fool4singing. I lost my mom and grandma to smoking too. And like you said they had no other health issues and likely would have had many more years to enjoy. Suzanne's second husband died from lung cancer too and he was only 65. It really is such a shame.

Sorry for you loss,..I lost my Granddad and Father due to smoking related illnesses as well. It really makes me despise cigarettes and the tobacco companies...

Even people who don't smoke can get lung cancer, and go just as young as Suzanne did. Just because someone isn't a smoker or is in good health, doesn't secure them a long life.
