Your format is great…….Nice balance of content…Your rigger gave you good advice, you will get a feel how the rigging performs, feels and looks.
Incredible adventure guys, salty sunrise now ey?! So stoked to see this channel grow (finally) very well deserved
Lov’in the content just one small piece of advice. Get a few lengths of para-cord and attach it to your tools when working topside. Sucks to give tools to fishes, don’t ask how I know 😁! Fair winds guys! 🤘🏼😎⛵️
Love watching! You guys are really entertaining!
Love the vids! With the LandCruiser fuse its probably safe to say that your fridge will now outlast the boat. 😊
Just found your channel and loving it! My wife and I will soon be retiring and getting a catamaran to sail in the Caribbean, and your video log has Ben a great inspiration to me for just getting out there and doing it!
One of my favorite things to be pedantic about, to my wife’s great amusement (sarcasm), is that it’s actually called the *intra*coastal water way, as in “within”, like intramural sports. Yes, I’m broken inside. And the child of an English professor.
Boat, Beer, Sunset Cruise.....trifecta!
Great channel...... so glad I found it.......love your determination and enthusiasm - and Tim's detailed explanations of the technical hiccups you encounter.......... Keep em coming! 👊
Another great video! You two seem happier than ever and it's really fun to watch and follow along on your adventure!
You buys are awesome and so fun to watch. You salty dogs!
I really like how you both don't over talk one another. It seems like a perfect flow and you both have great things to say which makes it a pleasure to listen to. Why are you headed north. Would that be to get familiar with the boat, work out all the bugs before leaving the US and insurance purposes as to not enter hurricane season areas? Also, Onboard Lifestyles just did a video this week about how much it cost to transit the Panama Canal. It's about $3,000. It would be supper cool to see you go around South America rather than go through the Panama Canal.
Great great videos you guys! You two are super cute together as well. Fair winds and following seas!!
Awesome video Tim and Kelsey👍👍👍
I'm really enjoying your channel. Glad you guys decided to buy a sailboat!
Always enjoy your episodes, owning a boat, whether new or second hand, seems to consist of never ending maintenance and repairs!
Hi Guys
Voltage rating is very important, ( if the freezer runs on higher voltage, Aussie voltage ) the gap on a 12 volt fuse is much smaller than if on a 230 volt one . So under fault conditions a smaller gap will not clear the fault, resulting in something not good. Hopefully this is helpful.
Take care and have fun
It sure is beautiful ❤
Love your sailing videos. Thanks👍 Jim and Judy in Texas
be sure to see the Piankatank River when you come up the bay. We're on the western side. Beautiful and not commercial.
Love it. Thanks for sharing.
It might be interesting to use a Rig Tension Gauge over time. A less expensive option might be to borrow one. I remember a video where a cruiser (on an anchorage’s VHF network) lent one to a sailing channel.
Love this new aspect of your lives. Very informative & enjoyable. ⛵️ 🪿
Wooo Hook. Thanks for the post…
Did you have any sailing experience or training before this?
I like how the viewers are kind of learning with you.
You in my neck of the woods now. Swansboro/cedar point area
See Sailing Parlay Revival, there’s a recent vid on tensioning your rig.
Love seeing you experience these things for the first time! I’ve done that trip multiple times and always enjoyed it. Shortening the trip by running outside is always good to shorten the trip. One minor thing…I believe you are traveling on the InTRAcoastal Waterway.
❤
Nice channel but why aren't you fishing along the way?
What was it that was under the boat, from your noises at the end/outro I assume dolphin? just couldnt see it on the laptop screen.
What nav software are you using?
