Someone should investigate the huge earthwork in the shape of an absolutely perfect octagon with more than 2 Km perimeter and an area of 38 acres. It is a complete mistery because it is almost completly ignored. It is called Cava de Viriato in Viseu, Portugal. I suspect it is one of the biggest megalithic monuments in Europe. Please take a look at it.

Yeah, but that looks to be only 1000 years old or so. Plus, it's not built out of large stones, which is what's required to be called "megalithic".

Don’t touch the stones! You’ll pass out with the shock of the spirit that is within the stones, I know I’ve seen the children of the stones serial! LoL. I’d love to travel down and see them.

It's amazing what peoples long hours of investigations turns up such as the axe polishing, even without knowing a thing about that place it's still as magical as it gets and to think people tried their damnedest to destroy the stones is just insane and even cruel because those stones are alive and have been for millions of years, the place is haunting and the landscape is breathtaking and conjures up scenes from our ancient history, far better than Stonehenge where you need to be a millionaire to visit.

Stephen Howlett. The Abrahamism was enforced upon the people of Britain, the church exercised a rite to destroy the stones. As you say, that is insane, but at the time no one objected. To visit Stonehenge you don't need to be a millionaire, first time I went I did not have a penny in my pocket but made a scetch of the stones on the spot.

I have now got my website at www.mikepeer.com titled 'Surrey's Ritual Landscape' into
a semblance of order and would very much like to hear from people with similar
    interests.
This is a review of many years of research into the alignment of ancient sites and includes the recent finding of a possible
standing stone marking the solstice, and the discovery of an unknown barrow by
analysis of an alignment, which I believe is a unique achievement that goes a
long way to validating the Ley theory.

5:46 just cause its astronomical doesn't mean its a straight line. hardly anything in astronomy is in a straight line if you consider 3 points. look at the giza plateau. the 3 main pyramids are shaped like orions belt. (not quite straight)

All above board until someone wants to waggle a pair of sticks around searching for magical powers and be taken seriously. Hard science gets hard respect

It’s all fine until the dowsers get involved and start talking about ‘earth energy’. The sad thing is that everyone just stood around and took her seriously.
