No offense but this guy worked at Cisco and Amazon ye sab resume m tha bnde k do you really think he was getting difficulty getting through the initial resume screening. Also this is a experienced only Market obviously people who have experience in this market are getting great opportunity. I myself know a lot of my senior and friends have 2.5+experience getting interview call from top company. What was the point of this podcast maybe it was for experienced people. But freshers keep in mind the entry level market is brutal so be realistic.
Getting calls from front since he is having experience is easy correct but applying directly or reaching out to recruiter for jobs is as difficult for experienced folks also. H eis just 2 yrs experience not 5-6 yrs.
