I'm so glad you mentioned the grainy pictures. When I first got mine and took a bunch of test photos, I thought the camera had a bad sensor and wanted to return it. so much noise in the pictures. I also owned a Panasonic LX10 which is one of, and still is, the best cameras I've ever owned. The pictures from that were so crisp and clean that I thought all Panasonics would be like that. Wrong. If you want a long-zoom pocket camera at a good price, look into a used Canon PowerShot SX740 HS with a 40x zoom or the Sony DSC-HX80. No touch screens on either but both are flippy and take excellent quality photos and video.
I still use it once in a while but only when I know I want a long zoom and I don’t want to carry my bigger gear. I haven’t used the zs200 so I’m not able to compare it unfortunately.

Cool thanks for the advice!
Great shots! Just got this camera and I love the stabilization and zoom range. I like photo number 2 the most.
Love this! How is the image quality close up, and how do you like the flash?
Unfortunately I haven’t used the flash at all or done any close up photos. If I do, I’ll try to remember to leave you a comment on how it was.
I like your style of editing. Do you still use this camera? How does it compare to the zs200?

@@JayMacroPhotos makes sense, thanks for the quick response
Why don't you use the optical viewer?
I wear glasses. It’s easier not to use that.
