    Perfect Portable carving tool.
I think making a spoon is a good test/ practise.
I would try a few of your own designs for wood tent stakes .
    - good review.

Man that knife is sharp! It has a very nice look to it like many Old Timers.

I have one. Last night I did a spoon with it.
Why do the bevels seem to be on the wrong side?

I have this one and I love it. Does anyone have any suggestions on sharpening or stropping the tools? Seems to dull quickly but does a great job when sharp.

You might check out Ben Orford’s channel. He has a few videos on how to sharpen spoon knives that may help you. While spoon knives are a bit bigger than the tools on this knife the principles are essentially the same.

Joe flowers had that same knife he used the curved edge for hollowing out palm stalks for a blowgun it made the job 100 times easier then using a knife.

Say Heah Rude, Yeah But, The Flexcut Carving Jack you get a Leather Pouch, a Strop Block for all the tools, plus compound. Plus a better edge retention steel. Plus it's Razor sharp out of the box. My friends Splinter came with a few burr's on the blades. Dilly Dilly.,,.p
