I don't know how all this You Tube thing works. But sometimes I watch a video on the big telly, and I can't comment on that so I will put the video on my phone to make a like and comment if that makes sense? But maybe not watch all the video again. As I say I don't know how it works. Anyway I appreciate all the work and tests you have done over the years. Quality products and filming. Your new audio set up is excellent, all loud and clear. Look forward to the camp and cook videos and would be really interested in a wee look back in time.
Hi mate, just sorted the same prob, bar end mirrors are the fix, clear rear view from my hunter. 38 euro delivered to france, sorted, all the best, Mick.
Warro so envious of lack of cars on the road down your way up here in SEQ its as the crows say...farrrk! Loving that Hunter and a nostalgia run is a good idea. Thanks mate.
thanks i might do a clip on the local area where i grew up. some good stories there. there are a few cars here. quite often i see them sneaking around the back streets...lol
G’Day Warro. I get you are frustrated with lack of Subs. People are fascinated with Australia. Do what makes you happy with your channel. Me, as an Aussie living overseas, and growing up in Canberra, I’d love to see a camp cook ride series. A great chance to showcase southern tablelands, or thereabouts. Keep going, and thanks for the effort to entertain us :) I watch every episode.
Well said. yeah im in the process of editing the camp/cook run. due to poor response i plan to cut the clip into two parts. huge amount of cash involved doing that clip with camping gear/cameras/mics etc i could have bought another new hunter just on the outlay with change...lol not far from camberra-in the conobols fruit country all the best!
Audio sounds bloody good mate. I thought I couldn't wait to get an Enfield of my own, but after seeing that the Classic 650 twin is out testing on the streets of India, I guess I CAN wait!
Hey Warro, audio is perfect👌 These touring mirrors are great & robust looking compared to the stock ones💪💪 First thing I swapped when I got the Classic 350 too. The aluminium & setting screws are quality. I really thought they’d be heavier than the thin steel ones🤔 They are beefy. Your childhood past would be an interesting story. The Hunter is a great addition to the platform of the classic range. Even though the new releases of the Triumph 400’s will cost a lot more than the RE’s I reckon.Looking forward to your 1st RCC release 😉😎👏 Remember, always appreciate your work, time & publications of your adventures ⭐️
yeah i think there pretty good and thats why there on the classic but i have bar ends for this hunter job. i just saw the release on the triumph 400-i will be keen to see how that goes vibe wise....lol if good there i wouldn't rule one out. camp cook ride series. hardest part now is putting it all together. so far i think its as good as some of the top players belting them out. either way if i dont get the numbers i might end up a one camp wonder...lol just too much work to put them together -especially if one cant get the comments or reply to get it moving. not sure when it will be ready as im looking at roughly a 30 minutes watch time. classic 350 sounds excellent in the camp clip and compared to todays audio ...thats pretty lame really so this camp trip is prett good. i figure one real good try at it and see how it goes. so far i think what i've put together is probably my best effort yet so time will tell there but i do know if it doesn't perform...no more huge amount of work camp clips for me....lol. all the best!
5 million views is a huge achievement. Well done! Will happily set aside 30 minutes to watch the ride and cook pilot, particularly as I am unable to ride at the moment. Regarding a nostalgia clip - yes if it includes plenty of riding. Best do that one on the 350 reborn I reckon. Even if the ride and cook doesn't rate well enough, you are on a winner with the Hunter. There are so many boring "reviews" on YT, all saying the same thing. The Hunter is now the entry level bike to join the RE club, for those still sitting on the fence, so Hunter clips have potentially the biggest audience for now. Plus you have far and away the best sound, and the most innovative camera angles, so what's not to like?
thanks for the great comments. ive just fitted the bar riser and can tell there a vast improvement in the reach compared to the stock setting. i did a quick clip on the instal too with some detailed photos. improves the sitting position greatly compared to what i was on earlier but too cold to ride out and test but tomorrows another day...lol ive gone through a lot of bikes so thats a bit my fault there...not sticking to the same bikes. in reality i'm on around 8 million clicks but in 2019 i did a bit of excitement swearing while testing the new 650 interceptor and some-one commented -no need for that and reported me and youtube pulled the channel and all content gone forever. not insulting swearing either just saying how good the bike was to ride. but i got a email from youtube saying inappropiate language and channel removed. ive been on other channels where they drop the "F" word lots and nothing ever happens. i put it done to jealosy and the amount of bikes i've been through... anyway no big drama. like others i'm not doing it for the pathetic money involved ..i'm just chasing a larger viewing audience. i could have the camp clip up maybe friday or sat these were pretty cheap too as i purchased them in a kit with other stuff.
Glad the new mirrors sorted that out. Funny, one would think a heavier mirror would offer more dampening. I've had to add bar end weights to all me bikes to cut down on vibes.
The onboard audio sounds great. I could not find the Ride, Camp, Cook video for your channel. I think it could be quite interesting to hear your reminiscences on the area sixty years ago. Thank you and happy trails..
Cool, thanks! no that clip has just been done and i plan to break it up into 2 parts. part one may be up by the weekend if i can finish the edit side. i do plan the local talk side as thats a pretty easy clip to do with some interesting facts...lol all the best!
Hi Warro.Great report on your thoughts regarding the new Hunter. I've been thinking about touring mirrors for my Meteor so very timely. Audio is fine thanks. Looking forward to the camp and cook trips. Thanks for taking us along! Subscribed in anticipation...
Go for it! touring mirrors were great on this first out run and after that and not shown i swapped them back over and took it for a run...immediate shake.....lol
Another great video and the audio is spot on 👍. I’ve had my hunter 350 since March here in the UK and have done 1500 miles/2414 km as my work/run around bike and I’m loving it a fun bike and I think Royal Enfield have got this bike so right. I did keep the stock mirrors but just put mirror extenders on which moved them out and stopped most of the vibrations 👌. Looking forward to the first camp/cook/ride video and 30 minutes is perfect for a nice cold beer while watching 🍺 😎
Thanks 👍 yeah i plan to break up the clip into 2 parts to give the clip a chance to try and round up a few viewers. spend quite a chunk of cash to put it together like the price of a new hunter so i have to come up with some plan to get it moving. i think its alright so thats a plus. 20 hours work/ 100 plus times off the bike doing shots/reyakes and other crap. must admit not easy to do at all. then this clip -one hour max...lol all the best!
we will see after i run it in. after all other treat them like babies or as if its their life long bike. i treat them with just the fact they are easily replacable so better be good...lol if that was the case i guess there was really no need for me to buy 65 new bikes over 10 years...lol i could have settled...but i dont settle either they good or there gone...lol time will tell!
I didn't go for the touring mirrors myself, I thought the stock were alright for me. Ive heard different people say they have vibes at 70kph, and others like yourself at 50, and then some of us don't have the issue. Seems to be a lucky dip with the mirror vibes. Maybe the QC is just low for the stock ones vs the touring ones.
yeah i'd say more a shake running through the mirrors but i have the optional accessory kit with bar end mirrors so when i get around to it i will fit all that stuff. either way its a good bike to ride compared to the 500 days.
Good audio, mate - and congrats on the 5 million views! Looking forward to see the first ride/camp/cook video. You still seem taken with the Hunter, which is good. Interesting that the lighter mirrors seems to have solved the blurring; wonder if that'll still hold good at 100 klicks? I was very surprised to see the rear brake pedal; it's something that I would expect to see on a dirt bike, not a roadster; it looks rather cheap and nasty. Personally, I'd be looking to swap that over for something better. Would even fabricate one if nothing else is available. For mine, RE could do with a rethink on that one!
audio wasn't toobad really as lately ive just been doing a voice over on the clips. so low speed it appears ok. riding through scrub at 50 to 60 kph would work if one can concentrate but it may be a different story at 100 kph. yeah the 5 mil views is ok but i'd prefer 3000 looks at the moment on the content...lol bar risers arrived today and i fitted and made a clip. that rear brake is indeed like dirt road type material and can easily be missed if require so not too good there. especially at the moment as the rear appears far more powerful than the front disc. apart from that bike runs well
@@ridewithwarro Yes, keeping up a running commentary at speed can get a bit difficult in trying conditions. Anyway, keep 'em coming Warro; the numbers will sort themselves out.
by the way a while back i fitted motone bar risers to the interceptor on another big youtuber's advise. cost me close on $300 to buy/import and pay duty for not much of a result. today i fitted the indian bar risers stamped hunter. not sure of their cost but not much. probably $30 -stamped hunter. i noticed a big difference straight of the bat. too cold to test ride but i can feel the bars are in a better position. got bar risers/headlight grille/side stand foot/2 brake cylinder covers/tail tidy...all for $90 delivery free.

Got the same vibs on my Red and Chrome . It seems to be a sympathetic vibration to do with the rod having no joint on the 45 degree angle. Bar ends seem to be fine having tried another 350 with them, but find they are way too low for me to comfortable view . Got a few ideas to calm the standards down so ill give that a whirl
I like any thing you put up sound is great I would love the hunter but have to see how the money goes now I’m not working still like my cb125f through if you were in England doing same utube would have a lot of views keep up the good work cheers
Interesting. I had shaky mirror on my classic 350 too. But when I changed the handlebar with taller one from a 51cc enduro, the vibes on the mirrors disappeared. The original handlebar was very stiff and thick walled. It will be interesting to hear about the past. For me was even more strange in ex communist country. Before the fall of the iron curtain in 91.
G'day Warro, have you ever had a pair of bar end mirrors fitted too any of your Motorcycles, l have them fitted to all my bikes and your arms don't block part of the mirror and no vibrating, cheers mate, ride safe, Neil 🤠.
yeah i ran the halcyon bar ends on an interceptor and the 500's. got them from hitchcocks but sold them a year back to a guy who wanted them. my accessory kit not fitted has enfield bar end mirrors. this clip was just a fill in for some guys who asked me to try them plus it gives me a break from thatride/cook/camp clip which will take quite some work to put together. maybe more than its worth -hard to say...lol
Warro, I agree the audio seems fine to me. It certainly looks like your having fun riding the H350. Curious to know if it has won your heart over the C350? And how did you like the camp? I assume you made the trip solo? I’m headed out this weekend. Mirrors do look quite stable from here. And if you can see behind, it’s a win.
its alright but i like the classic 350 better as it's more old world charm. but the hunter does run and ride well so happy that side of it too. yeah ive done the one solo camp trip but i think having to film it is indeed a lot of work. time will tell when it goes up if it was worthwhile but my thoughts there -it must perform well or there'll be no more camp outs for me...lol i have the material to put a good clip together but i really question those who do it- how can they possible enjoy their experience when there's so much work involved putting a camp clip together. so much work involved -those who watch have absolutely no idea how hard it really is. those guys who do should be appreciated far more than those miserable ones watching too lazy to give em a thumbs up. either way i could end up a ...one hit wonder...lol all the best.
nah... i don't need to do that ...that may indicate i'm going bad...lol today triumph has just released info on their new 400 single - if reports come in good i think i'd like to have a crack at one. had the 900 scrambler a couple years back and the 875 scrambler so anything is possible

Any experience with the touring mirrors on the Classic 350 Warro?
it maybe worth a try i think
Got the same vibs on my Red and Chrome .
It seems to be a sympathetic vibration to do with the rod having no joint on the 45 degree angle.
Bar ends seem to be fine having tried another 350 with them, but find they are way too low for me to comfortable view .
Got a few ideas to calm the standards down so ill give that a whirl
yeah my bar risers actually arrived today so i plan to fit them shortly and see if that improves the ride position much or none at all.
I like any thing you put up sound is great I would love the hunter but have to see how the money goes now I’m not working still like my cb125f through if you were in England doing same utube would have a lot of views keep up the good work cheers
I understand. by the way nothing wrong with the cb125f and i actually enjoy riding it compared to some of the bikes i've had.
nostalgia run please!
yeah even i like that so that one is a goer for sure.
@@ridewithwarro without being disrespectful, it's always nice to hear about life from people with a good number of years under their belt 😁
@@icedidi that too...lol hope its not too boring on my behalf but i will see what i can put together there
Audio is great. Really enjoying your videos. What microphone do you use?
that the dji go2
Interesting.
Thanks for sharing. yeah i might give it a go
Change of brake pads could make a big difference?
Audio is fine.
yeah both bikes squeak in the brakes-this and the classic. enfield could have tried a bit harder there...lol
G'day Warro, have you ever had a pair of bar end mirrors fitted too any of your Motorcycles, l have them fitted to all my bikes and your arms don't block part of the mirror and no vibrating, cheers mate, ride safe, Neil 🤠.
yeah i ran the halcyon bar ends on an interceptor and the 500's. got them from hitchcocks but sold them a year back to a guy who wanted them.
my accessory kit not fitted has enfield bar end mirrors.
this clip was just a fill in for some guys who asked me to try them
plus it gives me a break from thatride/cook/camp clip which will take quite some work to put together.
maybe more than its worth -hard to say...lol
Warro, I agree the audio seems fine to me.
It certainly looks like your having fun riding the H350.
Curious to know if it has won your heart over the C350?
And how did you like the camp? I assume you made the trip solo? I’m headed out this weekend.
Mirrors do look quite stable from here. And if you can see behind, it’s a win.
its alright but i like the classic 350 better as it's more old world charm. but the hunter does run and ride well so happy that side of it too.
yeah ive done the one solo camp trip but i think having to film it is indeed a lot of work. time will tell when it goes up if it was worthwhile but my thoughts there -it must perform well or there'll be no more camp outs for me...lol
i have the material to put a good clip together but i really question those who do it- how can they possible enjoy their experience when there's so much work involved putting a camp clip together.
so much work involved -those who watch have absolutely no idea how hard it really is. those guys who do should be appreciated far more than those miserable ones watching too lazy to give em a thumbs up.
either way i could end up a ...one hit wonder...lol
all the best.
blue skys,lucky you.from melb
that was 2 days back...lol not the same here today. probably much like your area.
I lived 28 years in Melb; always remembered the old expression about the place. "If you don't like the climate, wait 10 minutes, it'll change!" 😁
Audio is very good
thanks. great to hear
Good stuff mate 👍
Thanks 👍
Tell us more Warro!.. do it while camping on the bike by a camp fire..while cooking up a good feed 👍
Maybe not in winter though...
im used to the cold climate its the heat i'm not too keen on...lol
I wish the new nirrors did not have a warning on them. I do not want to see it in the field of view.
i never look at them that close but maybe its an eyesight issue at 70 years...lol
Audio is good
thanks...been working on it for a while
Love the colour Warro looks nippy.
its pretty good for what it is. saw triumph just announce a 400 single. i still have my triumph leather jacket...lol
when are you selling the new Classic then?
nah... i don't need to do that ...that may indicate i'm going bad...lol today triumph has just released info on their new 400 single - if reports come in good i think i'd like to have a crack at one.
had the 900 scrambler a couple years back and the 875 scrambler so anything is possible
