- First video of 2015, hope it doesn't get shot down. I changed the audio, hope the change was enough.
THE DIVISIONS:
20-17: It's the characters that bring them down
16-9: amazing casting, just doesn't touch my heart as much
8-4: Special and beautiful versions, automatic Top 5 material for their respective characters.
Top 3: In spite of the fact that I've listened to these characters in about almost 40 languages each, the original English version is still unrivaled as my favorite voice for these girls. These 3 are the only ones who really have that honour, I think.
Just realized I neglected to mention Jodi also played Thumbelina. I love her just as much there as Ariel! But then again Thumbelina means nothing to me compared to Ariel so I guess it's alright that she's not here ahha
I love the voice of Mary Costa. It's very dreaming.

haha....congrats because this is one of your first vids where the lip sync of the audio and video matches so good [don't take that as a taunt though, lool!] Dang some of the audio files were too trebly, my headphones almost barged; kinda had to bring that to a notice 'cuz it really was affecting.
I don't really wanna mention each and every voice, but I agree what you say for Kayley and Idina [esp. the Frozen & Let It Go thing, Idina isn't a great singer but she does have a star quality and she can set standards for good!]; and Liz; she's really underrated while her pipes really are magical. And Mandy, not the best, but I totally picture her on Rapunzel [and now that I hear her, I can never imagine Kristin Chenoweth singing I See The Light or Healing Incant. at the same depth and density that Mandy does!].
Adriana's my fave Snow; I have an open bias to Snow, I don't really care for her voices but Hindi & Adriana are def. part of my faves....and....the way you presented your top 4 kinda gave an emotional setback to me, I mean, even if I don't agree with all of them, you just kinda made me feel something about them I never did before....so. Thumbs up! :D
It's a lot easier to synch with the sound when the lips actually match, because then you can kinda guess based on still frames, since I can't preview the videos in my editor (too laggy) it's always such a guessing game!
Oh Ranee, what an inner classic ranking of you, it really moves me how much you love some of these voices and the comments are just so beautiful. I don't possibly know how my English ranking would look, but I'd imagine my top 5 to be pretty similar. I love Kristen, I love Mary, I love Judy. I basically could guess your top 3 already, though you totally got me with that comment on first place, that was totally what I was doing haha. I really enjoyed it :)
Part of me really thought 3 or 2 deserved number 1, but I decided to go with a slightly less expected route because first of all, she was ACTUALLY the most important one in my childhood other than number 4, even though her part is small enough that I never knew how much I loved her, and also I guess if someone's not as important as a character yet they still stick out, then I guess they must have a really special voice.
That is a perfect reason in my books, I love your number 1, Sally is great.

IT'S WAY TOO LOUD. (Trying too talk over the sound). And what is the name of the song in Cinderella's sequence, and is that Ilene's voice? And why not play so this is love or a dream is a wish your heat makes? But thank you for placing Adriana, Mary, and Ilene so high!
lol I'm sorry about your ears. I don't know why the sound was so inconsistent. And yes Dancing on a Cloud is actually Ilene singing, I chose it just to shake things up a bit, since the song was never dubbed in any other language, this was my only chance to use it in a ranking.
For someone who doesn't like Belle, you sure put her high up in the top ten voice wise.
+harrietamidala1691 I don't like her a lot a lot as a character but her singing voice is great, especially since honestly a lot of her dubs aren't great so her English seems even better in contrast.
I just found out that the voice is not Ilene's. Whoops.
I don't know if I just missed her but where is Merida ? :/ Anyway, nice ranking, you seem so "in love" with your voices, I think most people should take you as an example about that :)
I didn't put in Merida because it's not her singing, it's just a chorus song. But sometimes I do include those voices; I did in my Norwegian ranking and my Italian, and I think a few others. Ultimately I decided since I have no strong feelings for her one way or another I'd just leave her out. If I really liked her or really hated her I would have left her in, I just didn't have anything to say about it
Did you pitch some of the clips higher?
