As me, I'm going through tough times again and again. Whenever I get hurt, I used to be come here. I don't know what's wrong with me. The same kind of pain happened with me again and again. Now I'm becoming a good person and I'm healing myself. I'm trying my best to be live in present moment. I wait to tell this and I did it. May everyone want peace in their life, will get it. Thank you so much Buddhism RUclips channel for helping me in tough times. Namo Buddhaya..! Theruwan Saranai..! 🌻

Today there is no attention, kindness, understanding, decency, compassion, tenderness, respect, love, so we are suprised that we feel bad. You have to survive it, get over it, remain a good person, to find reason and meaning in everything. It's easier for me since I'm learning to be grateful and see problems and challenges as lessons. Good luck to you and all of us! 🍀💕

Summary: It is not suffering that makes us negative. It is the perspective that we hold onto suffering, that makes us negative. Hence, do not think about suffering as something negative.
Practice Cittanupassana (Contemplation on the mind and the thoughts that mind creates).
Do not judge or stop thoughts. When you experience depression or anxiety, be aware the type and quality of thoughts that comes to your mind. Ask “what an I thinking”? By Being mindful and being aware, helps to separate yourself from thought. You are not the thought. Notice the thoughts without analyzing, without stopping, without suppressing and fighting these thoughts. Instead, ask “ what am I thinking”. You are not depressed. Your thoughts are depressed thoughts. Don’t run away from pain. Pain is part of growth.
“Where there is birth, there is suffering” - Buddha. That is the reality.
    Practice, contemplating mind through meditation.
    Namo Buddhaya 🙏🏼🧡

I am not religious, but i really like the mindset of buddhism. In my 3 years of therapy there is one sentence i always tell myself when those depressive thought come: "I am not my thoughts". The moment you said it in your video had me had goosebumps.

Been suffering from ptsd for many years. Depression, anxiety. This world is brutal everywhere you go. Suffering is everywhere. It’s expansive and overwhelming to realize this fully. What this really means about life.
I’ve found Buddhism helps, meditation helps, mindfulness helps, but it’s just coping. It’s all just coping with how brutal this experience is and how much we all suffer from it. I don’t believe that fundamentally there is any way to change this dilemma.
I have concluded the only way I can help is by not having children and detaching from this world. It has been the only thing that has helped even remotely.

For anyone fighting to find a piece of peace in your life I wish you the best! Never give up!! Please don't let those dark thoughts to get you. They can be disgusting but remember they are nothing about you. Sometimes all you have to do is just doing nothing. Don't react with them. Hey,I have done lots of mistakes in life,I kept doing one after the other, there was a situation where I started hating myself to core, I got messed up in relationships, ppl lost trust in me,I completely got depressed, only people that trusted me are my parents , but there is always a positive side of it ,suffering made me a better person, becoz of those hard times, I realised how to accept my mistakes, how to forgive myself, how to focus on things which are more important ,no one is bad ,we all do mistakes becoz we can’t control temptation at that movement or out of unconscious mind without knowing the consequences of our actions, so let’s become conscious and get better in our thoughts and actions, all the best ,thank u
