When I export png from my toonboom drawings they are in extremely low quality, is there a solution to exporting the png files the same quality there are when I draw them in toonboom?

What I wanna know is for lighting effects, how can you keep the highlights from showing on the black outline edges? Is their a special mask or blending mode for that?
You can try to separate your line and your colour? There are multiple ways to do this ! From the colour art and line art filters, to using a colour override ! :)

it's usually the case! however, my screen is SQUARE!!! o it doesn't fit a rectangle layout! I'm sorry ! it's my fault !
