My manager at work was kind enough to offer me her old PlayStation 4 since she got a PlayStation 5 for Christmas, I already bought Transformers Devastation for it and am eyeing that Kingdom hearts collection. Looking forward to expanding my games list whenever I go to Gamestop as well as Tidewater Comicon this year.

I got mine for $500 at launch after spending all day on websites refreshing. no reason to pay a scalper. If we all pay retail the scalping will eventually stop.

Hey, I have an xbox series X I got back in Feb. It was cheaper than a PS5 so I got that but might be feeling a bit like I am missing out and want a PS5 too. We do have our old PS4 which I have moved from the living room to my desk along with my Xbox and PC as I want to play some exclusives. The xbox is good but slightly disappointing with the amount of games available. The only thing keeping me wanting to not sell it is the upcoming release of Fable on xbox. Would the PS4 suffice or should I just look at getting a PS5 as well? I am currently playing through Hogwarts Legacy on my xbox series x and uncharted 4 on the PS4. I never played the PS4 as I never had the time during my studies, it was a family console in which now I have adopted.

The main thing is that PS5 has made the PS4 obsolete. It plays all PS4 games better than even a PS4 Pro can. It loads faster and games look better and/or run smoother. So the only advantage of PS4 is cost.

Yes, I don’t have a PS5 yet, and I still have some games on my PS4 that I still haven’t beaten, and some of them I still haven’t even played yet. I want to beat all of those games before I buy a PS5.

i don't think regular ps4s are worth buying, especially considering the cost of a ps4 pro at this point.
Taking into account whatever market you're buying within, unless the ps4 is about $200 cheaper than a pro, then it's worth getting a pro over a regular ps4 hands down due to difference in performance
If you need a loud space heater that also plays games then absolutely. Joking aside the PS4 had a large library so go after it but I say get the Series S if you're going for budget gaming.
Bought myself ps4 in 2018 preowned, never gave me an issue to this day lmao, passed it down to my sister and is gaming everyday just fine

Dang dude regular ps4 is like 120-150 here ps4 pro 180-200 and the ps5 disc version can be had 300-350 with digital being completely less

@@miguelarias5000 yea they are cheap on offer up and Facebook working owns between $80-100 if you find one with games and extra controllers it would be $120-160 it’s not expensive

I bought a ps4 yesterday here in the UK £50--works great totally clean, you can pick em up here for next to nothing if you hunt about-esp this time of year-eg people get rid of ps4-for a ps5 for there children (Christmas) the ps5 has huge problems -the APU will eventually fail-there poor over priced rushed job aint worth it--you WILL av probs with a ps5---ps4 or even 3 is the ticket or go pc---or go out side the house an get a life-just a thought!
