    At minute 4.40 where u say about the small noise and its a valve that needs replacing, is it wasting water? Running or escaping if not changed? Is it necessary to change the valve because of that noise? Is there another trick or solution instead to stop it? Thanks

    • @MaciejPiotrowski
      @MaciejPiotrowski  3 года назад +2

      If your valve is not holding then you loose water. If you want to replace it - do it. If you dont feel like it leave it.

      @@MaciejPiotrowski thanks, when u say lose water, what do u mean? I cant see any water escape in the bowl, or do u mean its like leaving the tap on or dripping?

    Why does the water need to fill through the valve?

    • @MaciejPiotrowski
      @MaciejPiotrowski  2 года назад

      Because this is how it was designed

    • @juuurrrt
      @juuurrrt 2 года назад +1

      @@MaciejPiotrowski Okay, well the issue I am having with my toilet is, if I fill through the valve it takes 10 minutes to fill the tank because it’s leaking through the valve as it fills.
      But if I move the fill hose and just fill the tank, it fills the tank in a normal amount of time.

    • @MaciejPiotrowski
      @MaciejPiotrowski  2 года назад

      @juuurrrt so I would move it to the spot where it fills up fast. Hope this helps.
