    I have only 30mm autofocus and 135mm manual focus. I will try 30mm autofocus 😁

    You mentioned using a star tracker, if you use one doesn't that mean you can use any shutter speed as you won't get start trailing? or am I getting this wrong. I'm very much an Amateur!

      rule 500
      on FF -
      14mm = 36 sec
      16mm = 31 sec
      24mm = 21 sec
      50mm = 10 sec
      70mm = 7 sec
      etc....

      500 / (1.6 x 50mm) = 6- sec

      You can use a longer exposure time but there is always an error when polar aligning the tracker...
