  • 🟠 Title: Wildlife Wranglers: Making Cougar Crossings ‘Window To Finale’
🟠 Summary: In British Columbia, cougar cubs Roxy and Chaos run up driveway, climb a tree and go in a house and steal food. In Alberta, wranglers rehearse with wily wolf pup Aurora in enclosure.
Wildlife Wranglers is an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at the making of the documentary Cougar Crossings. Filmed in the wilderness of Alberta and British Columbia, this 13-part series documents the emergence of one of Canada's premiere wildlife filmmakers, Matthew Todd Paproski. He leads a dedicated team through the trials and tribulations of filming Roxy and Chaos, two cougar cubs learning how to co-exist with man in an ever-changing landscape.
Wranglers presents a rare look at the world facing today's wild animals. It also previews work from the new documentary Wolf Crossings starring wolf pup Aurora. As Aurora adapts to her new surroundings, and becomes more comfortable with people, she learns how to hunt, the difference between predator and prey, and when to treat man as friend or foe.

Watching how much prep goes into working with wild life, camera set up, lighting and the myriad of other tiny details along with having to transport and wrangle the subjects has given me a new appreciation for how hard ya'll have to work in the many takes and retake that go into getting everything perfect. Then comes eating which can be a nightmare, one that I've tried many times but have failed at miserably. Getting everything blended into one seamless unit can be tedious and wearing on the already tired eyes and body. Thank you All for your dedication and professionalism in every video I've watched so far. Great job everybody!
