Thank you for the recipes,my kids or grandkids would never eat zucchini plain,or oatmeal,these recipes would put veggies in their bellies and give them the greens they need every day,the kids would never know!!❤😊
When my kids were little, I would dehydrate veggies and powder them. I would sprinkle the powder into their food so they eat their veggies. When they got older, they now love dehydrated veggie chips. Hope this helps someone to get kiddos eat veggies. 😊
