amazing stream tom. i hope you can continue uploading to youtube. this morning i woke up and opened youtube to listen to music while still in bed. i was excited to see your upload and knew that i had to watch it (as i do for all of them). after the first 10 minutes i was already out of bed and at my keyboard messing around while continuing to watch your video with headphones on. thats the power of being easily accessible on platforms like youtube instead of having to consciously go to a website to find videos.
As an adult Hobby Pianist for the past 10 years ,everything you point out on this video is the exact way I learned . books were not working and you tube messed me up more than helped .when I finally learned every chord then started following jam tracks for the grove and would get bored on them and start improvising and playing leed in them I was getting it . I will recommend your course to everyone I know trying to learn .only wish I found it 10 years ago. I will admit I like my chord wheel (circle of 5th) to help me along but everthing you say was what taught me.

Thank you Tom… can we play just any 2 notes of the chord together with the melody on the right hand? If so, which are the 2 best notes of any chord to use for this? Congrats on joining the Complete Musician Program. We have a feedback Friday - which is a support mechanism for all of the students on the course. So instead of asking questions during the broadcasts, you can reach out to our team with any question and submit recordings of yourself playing, for feedback. There is also the option to take a lesson with our team, which gives the course another dimension altogether.
