I was gifted this as a 5 year work-aversary present. In this video I go over what fits inside and my first initial thoughts on the bag. Hi the girl at Louis told me you push the lock knobs inward when trying to close it and it shuts really easily

lynn ahh that makes sense! If the bag is full it’s super easy to just snap close but sometimes when it’s empty it’s a little difficult so I’ll keep that tip in mind!
