Other mentioned recommendations in 2022:

Xiaomi Mijia 2C - With moping function but no LiDAR for more accurate mapping

The Eufy RoboVac G10 Hybrid is a low to medium range of robot vacuum cleaner. Across their range of robot vacuums, it sits at the top end at a price of £299, and considering you can pay utmost of over a thousand pounds for the top of the line robot vacuum, the G10 is a good deal for what you get.

One of the best and simplifying review. Best review
Thank you so much. I have the X8 review out in a few weeks :)
Very informative review, thanks!
Thank you! ☺️
That was really helpful. Thanks.
You’re welcome. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻😌
Amazing solution 👌
Thanks a lot
Thank you
Qué opinas de la EUFY 25C? Muchas gracias por el video !
Yo tengo la 25c y a pesar de ser un poco tonta (va recorriendo al azar) hace bien el trabajo. Estoy super contento con la compra, la recomendaría totalmente.
Thank you. Cheers!!!
You’re welcome. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for sharing, can use with Alexa? And what about the noise?
Yes you can. “The EufyHome Skill allows you to control your RoboVac by using Amazon Alexa. To get started, select the "Enable Skill" button above to link your Eufy account and to discover your EufyHome product.”
Also
“Give instructions by voice or using your phone via the EufyHome app, Amazon Alexa or the Google Assistant. Set detailed commands and receive voice reminders on how your RoboVac is performing.”
Can you please provide links or names to the others you suggest? Hard to understand your suggestions from the video
I have two new robo vac reviews coming over the next few weeks. Just waiting for them to arrive. Both will feature what I think buyers should be looking for.
The vacs that I were probably suggesting here are likely no longer selling now or have been replaced with newer models that I wouldn’t know if they were any good or not to recommend them.
Hopefully with these two new ones coming I’ll have something new to recommend - as long as they are any good that is. 😂
I wish you had shown the pairing process which I’m having trouble with.
Sorry. It is pretty straight forward that I didn’t think it needed covering. If I stuffed with any installs like that I usually cover that aspect to help others but with this I didn’t run into any issues. 🤷🏻♂️
I’m also having issues pairing
Help. my battery just died. because I did not use it for more than a month when I was on vacation. I need replacement. all I see are for eufy 11. can that fit this eufy g10?? they same wattage and mah. and looks like the same.thanks.
Sorry Nate, I can't really help you here. You would be better off contacting their support team for better help on this matter.
How to make it memorize the house ? Is it possible to have a clear map to track?
If I remember, this one doesn’t store maps. It doesn’t have the smarts.
Is it suitable for carpets? I read a review about it which said that it's only for hard floors and not for carpets ( the hybrid model)
This is likely because it is a hybrid vacuum that does mopping, which obviously will not work for carpets. If the mopping tank is removed it will handle carpets without any problem, seeing as it does my mats and rugs without any issues. Hope this helps.
It is only hard floor because it doesn’t have a brush just a suction hole
i didn't understand, what would be recommendation on 7:30? which model? something something 1c or 1s?
I couldn’t say in the video but my go to vac at the moment is the yeedi ruclips.net/video/9tfsyVKqvPU/видео.html
@@CarPlayLife thank you, i found that for 100€ more i could buy roborock q7 max+ with a suction station. do you think thats a good deal worth of extra 100€ since roborock has lidar navigation?
Does it avoid carpets when on the mopping mode?
No it’s pretty dumb when it comes to mopping
@@CarPlayLife Good to know, thanks for your video!
Se puede encontrar el repuesto del vidrio?
Lo siento, no sé :(
Hi, I was going to get 2 of these for christmas presents but seeing your video has put me off, I saw you recommended another brand, do you think this is a good one? Xiaomi Mi Automatic Robot Vacuum + Mopping Robotic Cleaner App Control Mapping? the reviews seem to look good. thanks.
Do you have a link to them? They make quite a few models.
@@CarPlayLife here are the specs,
Brand: XIAOMI
Model: G1
Suction: 2200Pa
Material : ABS, Metal
Voltage: 110V - 240V AC
Working Voltage: 14.4V
Rated Power: 25W
Working Time: up to 90 Mins*
@@lauralewis90 thanks, is the mopping function important to you? If you can add a little more $ and get one with LIDAR and SLAM technology you will get a much better experience. Look for the 1S, that has this I think. Most robovacs with a circle part that sticks out of the lid will mean it has this tech that scans and maps your rooms. Also look for one that allows you to name mapped rooms and also manually zone no go areas. These will cost more but some Chinese brands like Xiaomi will be selling fairly close to this budget and have these game changing features. But you might lose the mopping function, which IMO isn’t that great on any robovac.
Necesito saber como limpiarla, y ponerle lubricante
Check the manual. It’s all there.
Thanks for this video. I found it useful on my decision to buy it. I think I’ll pass this one and check out some other options out there.
Thanks. That's very wise of you. Check the Xiaomi Mijia cleaners. They offer better features for your money.
Can I ask what you bought?
@@nulabreen8823 I bought the Liectroux C30b last year. It was on sale and so far, it has been working pretty good. Of course you still have to empty the dust container, wash from time to time the mopping cloth and remove any hairs or any other objects that may block the bumpers. I set it to work every morning while I am at work and it has been doing it since then pretty good. My house looks cleaner now. You can also see the status and the log using the app on your cellphone even if you are not at home. It works with Alexa, Hey Google or you can add a shortcut for Siri. I use it with Siri, by the way.
After a year is it still good?
I didn’t have it for long. But in its price bracket you can do much better. Try and reach for LiDAR and SLAM robo vacuums with a minimum of 2000 to 2500Pa suction power. I hope to review a few new vacuums soon. One is coming within the next two weeks
Mine is not charging the charger is good and everything is fine but I don’t know why it is not charging!!
That’s strange. Check the metal contacts on both the bottom of the vac and base charging plate. Give them a rub and free them from any dirt. Other than yet it could be a battery issue or loose contacts.
How to make the map on the app ? 🙃
Sorry I don’t understand
It with it remote control or only mobile ?
This was a while ago. So unless I show one in the unboxing it’s mobile only. Some stop start controls on the vacuum itself.
What are the names of the apps it runs on?
That would be the eufy app
Hi just I got my cleaner robot but I have problem to connect with wifi what should I do
I have the same eufy model
@@derya4830 it sounds like it might be a wireless signal or frequency issue. Check your WiFi router does and is outputting 2.4Ghz signal. Also try and have the base unit near your router and not in an area in the home with bad WiFi. You have to connect to its own WiFi to send it your home WiFi details so if it isn’t doing that then there could be a problem with the vacuum there.
@@CarPlayLife would you by any chance know if you have 5ghz frequency does this type of vaccum work on your wifi
Does it move over small edges?
It’s able to climb over a rug that’s almost over 1cm thick and a door Matt that’s over 2cm thick. This is thanks to it weight and the aggressive force it uses to find its way around objects lol
how do i know its charging
The lights on the top light up or glow I think along with a voice when charging begins
can you control which direction the vacuum is going?
If you mean manual control. Yes this supports manual control. Most robo vacs do this.
@@CarPlayLife Thanks, thats the feature that i really would want to use, so i wont have to carry it all the time, if i want to guide it or use the spot cleaning feature.
@@ianbuenaventura984 if you chose to get a vac with LIDAR and SLAM tech in them, you can guide them to where you want them to go by tapping on the map of your house that it creates. That’s a lot more convenient than controlling them like a remote control car. These do cost a little more but not a lot more.
@@CarPlayLife Thanks, im on a budget right now, and this is my first robo vac purchase so i want to be on the safe side. this specific model was on a sale (for around 42%) with a warranty, i found a xaomi but its much more expensive and has no warranty and im a bit skeptical on their brand. How do you control the G10 manually, is it available on the app?
@@ianbuenaventura984 I no longer have the G10 but usually it is done through the app. I have a Kyvol E31 in review which uses a combination of app or a remote control in the box.
Is this available in india .
if so what will be cost
Sorry I do not know. It can be purchased from Amazon and also AliExpress so shopping to India should not be a problem. Cost wise, you will have to check the store local to you for exact prices.
google it ffs
I would like to here the noise of eufy.
Sorry, we didn't share the noise from the Eufy. It is pretty low noise levels between its two suction modes. Very average level of noise like many other robot vacuums
@@CarPlayLife Thank you very much.
Puede ser en español
Language in the app and for the vac can be set during installation and in the app itself.
299 pound? wtf. It will be on sale on lazada store for only 159 pound. So it is a steal for me then? . I am from SEA country.
If you can get the Mijia 1S for a similar price, that would be more superior to the G10
@@CarPlayLife Just checked the xiaomi mija s1. It's on sale but 290 (converted to pound)
@@nat0106951 it would be a lot better than the G10. Basically I would go for anything you can afford that has real-time mapping of the environment. They are just too dumb to have in the home and operate alongside you otherwise. You can usually see which vacuums have this by them having a raised section at the top to carry the LIDAR/Laser scanner.
You lost me at "hoover" 🤦🏼♂️
Sorry you got lost 😞
Péssimo produto. O meu não durou 1 semana e já apresentou defeitos. Detalhe, não existe assistência técnica no Brasil. Fujam!!! Latada!!!!
😥 sorry to hear your bad experience with this product
for someone making videos on cleaning products you don't look like you have showered. have a shave before putting yourself out in front of the world.
How very dare you 🧐. What’s wrong with some designer stubble these days 🤷🏻♂️. As age defying as a clean shave is for me, it just doesn’t suite me.
Oh well, anyway thanks for the laughs 😂
@@CarPlayLife 😸
@@CarPlayLife haha what a strangely rude comment. You look absolutely fine, and thanks for the review. This model is on sale for £150 so I’m wondering if it’s worth buying at that price. I mainly want it for mopping hmm can’t decide…!
@@veronicataylorsfp Thank you so much Veronica. :) If you are mainly looking at the mopping function, I wouldn't go with this vaccum. Personally, most of the cheaper robot mops don't have the ability to detect carpets or surfaces you don't wish to mop. So this leaves it very much less automated and you have to babysit it, in case it doesn't go where you want it to. Paying around double will get you in the ballpark of a more decent vacuum with LDS or SLAM / VSLAM technology that allows it to detect carpets and objects to avoid it and do mopping (and cleaning) much more thoroughly. I hope this helps.
@@CarPlayLife Thank you!! This is extremely helpful indeed. I only have non-carpeted areas in my apartment but I wonder if these less expensive robo mops would just be getting constantly stuck in corners and whatnot. I don't really care about the vacuum functionality I really just want a robo mop so it pains me to spend double when all I want is the mop function. The search continues!!
