A tip that I forgot to mention was: that you can switch off and then switch it on again from the point where you want it to start. This is in case it is not going according to the path.

Have you tried adding some phenyl with water in the water tank and then operate , as water itself cannot remove oily stains ?
Yes, I have tried with lizol, it works better.
Hi mam. Can we use it for two different houses?
My living area is 12*19. Is this eufy go left to right more than 8 to 9 feet continuously if there is no obstacle or its range is just 6 to 7 feet and it moves back in zig zag pattern? Will you guide me?
It does go in U pattern. It somehow covers the entire room in that way. Even if it goes 6-7 feet at one stretch, it will slowly go to all parts.

Please read my reply carefully beforr replying the same , i didnt asked for filter its all about rubber pad attached with screws !! After few days it might worn out👍
You can get those rubber strips online too. They can be changed. Missed on thatone. And you had asked where to buy brush and filter, that's why I gave the links. Hope this helps.
How can we make sure that it has cleaned the whole house or not? We have observed that it keeps coming to same location again and again.
As it does not have mapping function it needs some supervision. For us, in the end, it actually goes back to the places that get left.
What to do when sometime stuck under bed?

A lot of reviews online say that the battery stops working after a while and there's no support for it. Since it's not an Indian company, apparently there's little to no customer support available? What has your experience been like? Did you get the product with a warranty?
I have got a warranty of one year. Till now I haven't got any issues.
My device is not getting connected with the app..what to do...otherwise it is working as we switch it on..

Maybe you should try to re install the app. And no, you don't take out the dustbox as the mopping water tank fixes on it.

It will vaccum then mop automatically or need to tell manually to 1st vaccum then mop ?
It does both automatically together. The mopping attachment is removable. So we often do vacuum first and then mopping ( it vacuums by default at that time too).

I ordered eufy by Anker, RoboVac G30 Hybrid, 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum costing 24k on amazon.
1. How is this product, worth buying?

2. It has cost more higher than G10, will it be worth and will last for longer period.
In same cost we can keep maid for cleaning for almost 2.5 years so at least we should be ensure the product stays good for longer than at least 3-5 years.. :(
I think with mapping function, it should be more convenient.
I am using it since November 2020. So even I have not used this for 3-4 years. But till now, I have not faced any issues with the product. Also, I do not have a maid and I completely rely on this for cleaning.
However, sometimes I do have to mop by hand for very tough stains. Or I take out dust from corners in few days.
But brooming / dust cleaning is extremely good.

Do you know, if you need (like the iRobot i7), first use it for 4 to 6 times to make a map of your home? Or isn't that necessary at all? Furthermore, I think (I was informed), that you also can wash the filter under luke warm tap water and wash it. I don't know about much the model you have mentioned.
The filter can be rinsed in running water. Don't use hot water or any detergent. Make sure it is completely dry before use otherwise it doesn't pull up dust.
Mine doesn't have mapping feature, si I don't know much about it.

I am also planning to buy this robot vacuum cleaner but there are so many I am confused and I don't want to spent more money. As my house helper is too good but just wanna buy it for my parents so just need easy operation ,is it really worthy?
It is good for everyday cleaning. But isn't effective on tough stains. Needs some monitoring. It follows a U pattern for moving, so with regular use, you can understand it's route and then leave it to work on its own.

I wanted to offer additional input. I have the regular eufy vacuum with similar features minus the mop, I will never go without a robot vacuum again. Now i want a mop too.
I have used the brava 240 brava irobot, and already I have a broken machine. Envy has a really good trouble shoot system.
It is incredible how much is on floor and we don’t realize. I don’t think it would replace a deep sanitization, but could it keep a house far cleaner in between and your maid staff would likely appreciate and have more time to focus on other details.

We are using it everyday and very satisfied with it. If you are looking to buy one then go for the latest version. Also, one with a mapping function will be more useful.

That should not happen. I always switch off after full charging.

I too have no idea about customer care services.
In case there are spills when it is only cleaning on dry mode, it will only spread it further with brushes. Happened with us too.

How much time it take in sweeping

It goes back to charging station when battery is low. I mostly give the command to go home after cleaning is done.

You can use just the vacuum cleaner ( without mopping tank) on medium-pile carpet for upto 40 minutes of cleaning.

Lot of hair becomes a bit of a problem. Sometimes it gets tangled in the brushes. But most other times it gets cleaned. If you keep the bushes clean before every run, it will be fine.

Yea, sometimes it does get stuck in places that aren't cramped. Maybe some stuff is becoming a hurdle. This machine does need monitoring even in familiar areas.

It is not noisy at all. Infact I have even mentioned in the video that we run even when kids are asleep. Very less noise as compared to usual vacuum cleaner.

I don't rely on the machine to complete the whole house, since this machine doesn't have mapping function, it needs supervision and therefore it doesn't understand if the entire house has been cleaned. So I usually click on the Recharge button once done.
For us too, it hits the chairs or walls but figures out it's way.

@@suryasaianil mine also hits chair and things that has legs or thin in structure, for walls it is able to detect and avoids. i dont know if its because of sensors being less or not working. otherwise this machine is amazing in cleaning and moping. and app is also great

Please do not advertise or buy Chinese products! I did the mistake more than a year back and still regreting it. It stopped working just after warranty period.

Yes there need to make rules like this some people not know english very well and we are living in India so respect our hindi. In many country they talk and make videos only in their language their english is not allowed so if we are Indian so hindi should be our priority.

Only small part of population speaks in hindi. Major part of population speaks their own mother tongues. There are hundreds of languages in India remember that hindi is just one among them.
