Greetings Chris 👋 there's no finer role model than Euan The Growler 😇 and the result speaks for itself 🤩 As for 47's 😍 I agree, you can never have too many 😎 Very best wishes from the Emerald Isle ☘️
The street scene is looking good Chris and that makes a good use of that space. I can see that you do like a 47. They are impressive locos. Enjoy your break away from the layout. Stephen
Hi Chris, That new area with the town on and the fields in front is coming along nicely. It's going to look great when you've completed it... Cheers James 🙂👍
Hi Chris! An enjoyable update seeing how the town scene has progressed, with surrounding countryside, tunnels and road leading to the station! Oh, I now know why I can't find a class 47 for sale - you've got them all! Lol! Keep up the good work! All the best, Ian.
Great work on the hillside it looks great, and the village on top looks amazing I’ve still got a long way to go on my hillside but yours has shown me the potential for mine when it is done. Thanks Nat👍🚂
Good Afternoon Chris - firstly many thanks for the copious thanks thrown my way re suggesting the town scene - very much appreciated 😊. The way you have modelled the scenery is pretty much the way I'd have done it myself. I breathed a sigh of relief when you said the town scene can be removed if access needed to the track. True the simple arrangement shouldn't cause any issues - but you just never know........ Great seeing all those 47's running at the end. Cheers Euan

Too true Paul, hope to have that whole area done and finished by Christmas😇
Splendid update Chris. Great work and nice to see those 47s 👍. I'm off to visit the Wakefield show this weekend. Not been to one for yonks 👍

Cheers Ian, bit of a break from the layout for me now, a month away to re-charge my modelling batteries!
