As an old collector I just wanted to thank you for sharing. I stopped adding to my personal collection over 30 years ago, I’m currently buying fun reads for my 9 yr old son...his collection now begins :)

Gratz on your Hulk keys. And I totally agree, Hulk #181 is THE Bronze Age key. Nothing else comes close. Good thing I got one when I was a kid. ;)
That guy really did have an amazing collection. Wasn't really expecting that last book to be in the collection. Completely astonished. Really do enjoy your videos, thanks for further educating in realms that are obscure and perhaps some people may get the opportunity to discover possible keys in their sets.
Love those INCREDIBLE HULK books especially issue #141 with DOC SAMSON and issue #182.

Great info Gary. Wish I had some of those Keys. Especially with Wolverine appearances. It will be like watching the stock market when Disney reveals him. Gem Mint might wish he was still "10 Hulks in" with statues when it happens. Lol. Just subscribed last night after you and Gem did your Top Ten most expensive comics show. Really enjoyed that. My Hulk 181 is a 6.0 and its missing the stamp. It was the only way I could afford my holy grail. Nice batch of books yet again. This guy had some stuff!

It happens when ignorant people acquire collections by dumb luck and they don’t know what they have so they sell it for cheap. A lot of people still think comic books are a joke.

Hey, new subscriber here. Don't cgc the 181. I have one and I won't cgc it because raw i feel people would bid more for it if at auction because they would cgc it but the price would go through the roof if raw. I would say a 7.5 raw would go upwards of $4k at auction and yet 7.5 cgc is maybe $3000- $3500 and you could lose more money if you don't get the grade you want. I would leave it raw just to see the possibilities of how much it could bring. Also if I was to auction it I would put a reserve but that's me. I may be wrong but one will never know. I think giant size X-men #1 maybe as big a bronze age key as hulk #181
Hulk 181 is actually the first comic I ever bought off a spinner rack. It was read a million times and is probably around a 5.0, should i send it to CGC?
Yes. If you want to read it again just buy the reprint that was recently released. Also remember to always get your books cleaned and pressed before sending them off to CGC.

if you don't get some raw comics graded do you sell them at raw price in the condition it sits. I live in London Ontario Canada and I can't find any comics you show. I might be interested in maybe a few raw comics you want to sell like the She-hulk #1. But I am on ODSP and only get around $460.00 a month after my rent so I would hope the price is fair so I don't go to broke. Thanks.

Where are you finding these collections, and how much would you generally pay for a collection?
I find them by word of mouth. Prices vary substantially between collections. It's all different all the time.
