Nice history on the Gurney 'Cudas. Team transport was a great idea when 1st introduced & I ended up getting the complete 1st yrs run of them, but they are definitely played out now. I really like the two Chevy sets, '61 Impala & '66 Chevelle released this year. I collect C/K series GM castings so I actually liked the trucks in these sets too. The only other licensed trucks they did were that weird Mercedes from the J Leno set & the Ford COE C800 that has a horrible rear portion of the truck that can barely hold one car let alone the 2 it was intended to hold. I bought the AAR set too. I like it,but your right about the color, should be darker blue. And about the truck,could've cast a Dodge L700 cab for it instead. And Dan Gurney had 3 cars but only raced 2,#42 and #48. He and Swede Savage raced the 2 cars in 1970 SCCA Trans Am series. Still a good set.👍
Great review, I think what also needs to be mentioned is the fact that both the HW & Greenlight Plymouth’s are very close in scale whereas the scale thing can be wildly out on other castings. That said the Chevy castings also look a good match to 1/64. Always a plus point in my humble opinion.

2011 Vintage Racing often got messed up on the carded side. Speculation is they got carded before deco was fully dry. For whatever reason they weren't doing the plastic insert against the card for this line, but they had for 2011 Hot Ones oddly.

At least I've seen this series, sometimes I never see them.
For me, the Johnny version of the AAR Cuda is the best, as far as the actual casting.
The GL has a chunky plastic top that throw off the proportions even though length and width are nigh on perfect scale

Just found that set this last weekend. Along with a 0/5 Chase. It was an amazing restock. Team Transports come in 4 to a case. Usually there is one repeated one. This time it's the Plymouth set.
Second Story Lorry was used in one set before, the Gulf one with the Tomaso Pantera Gruppo 4

The Cuda would look good on the Chevy Transport.
Team Transport comes four to a case. Two-packs, on the other hand, are eight to a case.

I would pick up HotWheels Team Transport packs, but I can’t bring myself to buy the set if the truck isn’t a real model. Especially for the price.
The Fiat set is hard to get only one to a case. And the Dan Gurney team transport is peg warmer in my area stores. Probably 2 to a case, but not selling as well in NY/NJ area.

I boight the AAR set only because i am a huge Mopar fan. I usually stick to the 1/64 main line cars
So i like the Chevy and the cuda but theres never any on the peg so i guess i will have to wait till people get their fill before i get one. I've noticed peopl are only interested in the fiat seems to be the one everybody wants. I dont usually buy team transport just because i dont want the truck. So not sure if i will pick one up. Great video as always 👍

I know you're re-thinking your channel, etc., but Champ normally you've had some of the best audio of anyone on RUclips. Now you're swallowing the mic, I think. As legendary roadie Chip Munk would say: You're popping your 'P's, man!
Yeah I should get a pop filter. It’s hard to figure out how close the mic should be for how loud my voice is. You’ll notice that it may sound different from vid to vid as I experiment
I think you should look at the dot matrixing as the hotwheels "character" if you will

I think that Chevy set is best, because it's hauler is quite right size compared to car it hauls.
I like Fiat and Plymouth are awesome looking too, but not their haulers, because just too small to be realistic in size.
But all of the these are awesome compared to "articulated" semi on Nissan GTR set that doesn't articulate enough and is way too small.
When the next set of Autoworld my friend ?
As soon as my sealed cases finally ship… funny thing is that this time around I’ve found almost all of them in store.

Nice Fiat, but I don’t want the truck, so I didn’t buy it. I have the Acme Gurney car, I like that one.
