After current events in DCS, the lack of hardcore servers, every server being on ezz mode since the death of DDCS server, and ED basically ignoring all the problems and focusing on selling half maps of the same region, i have become pretty interested in BMS and want to try it, while leaving DCS just for those rotorhead moments lol
Honestly, it's pretty straightforward these days. The launcher gives you the ability to set your controls in a similar fashion to DCS so you don't have to worry to much about the old school key file setup. The documentation is very completely and there is a user manual and training manual that has all the information you need. But if you just want to have fun you can really jump straight in and blast around.

It's not broken it's massively simplifed. What they need to do is a full on module.

@@InTVS Yes BMS supports either OpenXR or SteamVR and works really well. It’s definitely worth checking out.
