well obviously pe foam is gonna make your keyboard less creamy. Pe foam is mainly used to get a poppier, marbly sound signature, quite literally the opposite of creamy. Also, foam should have no effect on the scratchiness or mushiness of switches. it may have made your keyboard quieter, which allowed you to hear more of the scratchy switches? just a suggestion.
