I love this video, but the one thing that would have made it PERFECTION is if we would have started out at a lower audio, and a blurry vision. That way when you recalibrate or turn up the volume, it would have made us feel more clear headed!

Lately I've been going through a rough time and haven't been able to sleep well and relax. My university demands that we write a ton of essays with absurdly short deadlines and it's really difficult to find time to switch off my brain and just exist for a while without feeling guilty about not working.
