Then people can do avon betterware ect to make extra income then because if people want to work from home they do everything not to go back in the office so paying less wont work we have brains unlike some people
When a person sees one 'worker' in the hairdressers for 2 hours and presumes therefore ALL workers do this so therefore we can't allow it, that is nothing more than ignorance and stereotyping. Charlie is being ridiculous.
I'm torn on this, as in yes be lovely to work from home, of course everyone would love that!
But have to agree with Rod lol there is no way that someone working from home does 8 hours with just allocated breaks, not a chance in hell, lets be real about this!!!

People working from home do not incur the cost of business premises - that's clear. It's a shameful situation that many businesses in this country have been degraded to this level of discussion, while wealthy people cream off the profits.
People who don’t work from home think people who work from home do nothing. What people seems to forget is the people who couldn’t work from home during the pandemic sat on there a**e doing nothing while I was working all the way though the pandemic… all this business about staff dictating managers is a load of rubbish. My boss is in Spain and I hardly ever see her if I’m in the office or not however it’s clear who is the boss. And as for my team I give them the amount of work they need to do and they do it. I don’t need to babysit them. I couldn’t work for the bloke who looks like rod Stewart and I can confirm that the reason why he knows these people that take the p**s is because he is a old fashioned boss who doesn’t trust staff and a control freak micromanaging people and when the pandemic happened people rebelled against him as he obviously has no respect for his staff
The first time I’ve seen Charlie Mullins do an interview where he wasn’t lying on a beach or in a villa in Dubai.
Teachers do both. They go into school to teach and then they go home to mark the books and prepare the next lessons.
