I really like how Spencer Claeys is so open and honest about his own experiences in starting and scaling a home service business. He doesn't sugarcoat anything, and he's not afraid to share the mistakes he made along the way. This makes him seem more relatable and trustworthy.

Hey thanks for everything you do! My parts came in today for the DIY softwash setup can't wait to put it together! Just one question, how are you pricing roof cleaning? I'm seeing a national average of .30 to .75 per sq ft. I was considering quoting at .40 What do you think? Thanks!

    Hi Spencer,
I understand that your background is more for the US market. I am from Singapore and wondering if your method and style will work for different countries. Hence will like to know if in your inner circle, you have members that are from countries outside of US.
My business is more toward home and office cleaning services, and will like to know if you have experience in helping people in this market segment.
I like your videos but they are more towards a different home service market.
Pls advice as I am keen to be in the inner circle but just want to make sure it works for my market segment and region.
    Thanks!

Hey I have a small roof and gutter cleaning based in Vancouver but lately I’ve been spending 40 dollars or more on ads and haven’t been getting any leads any idea what can be wrong?

Be sure you’re split testing. Use different creatives (photos, videos) and switch up the copy until something sticks.
Also test zip codes vs. radius, and maybe specify different interests (home improvement, Home Depot, etc). Best of luck 🤝
