They're pretty similar, so choose the one with better substats
Considering that you cannot get Lightning DMG% as a substat on an ATK% orb (or any piece), but you can get it the other way, it's a total toss up honestly. Definitely substat quality over everything. Unless you're like me and got a lot of ATK% rolls on your other relics 😭then Lightning orb is better.

Increased Crit Rate and boosts skill and ULT damage. The orb works well with Acheron especially if you are struggling to get good crit rates with the Izumi set.

Guys I really need help, irl friends are gaslighting me saying that jingliu is nothing without her sig lc and then discord friends are saying sig lc not needed, they state that jingliu is a whole different character with and without her sig lc saying that the online estimates of damage output is a ‘generalized’ estimate while the actual damage output are often higher than expected ones, while the other states that it is no more than 20% percent increase in damage compared to aeon s5 with maths to back it up. And I’m in the middle confused af. Need help.
No character needs their signature but they are signafact upgrade always , now with Jingliu and her sig lc it is around 15-20% increase over aeon and that is if you maintain 4 stacks on aeon and can weakness break enemy to trigger second passive , so when enemy is not weakness broken or cant be weakness broke or you cant maintain full stacks dmg will be lower so it can be much bigger diffrence. You also have to factor in def shred which scales hard so depends on team you use and relics(quantum set for example).Tldr to stop yapping Aeon is good enough and jingliu does not need her lc, but if you can get i would say yeah it is worth it diffrence is noticable.
I got her and she's still very good without the signature light come just throw on the SU destruction cone or "a secret vow" if you have it And she will be fine

Alternative title: Why you never go all in on relic crafting 😂I'm also surprised that he decided to go for Salsotto. That rope is juicy af that's for sure but Izumo is the new kid on the block and the world has better overall sets. Unless you're building Gepard Belobog is just kinda useless, whereas your PF carries like Herta, Himeko and Argenti etc will do great with the Sigonia set. I know that's where I'll be farming during the 300% event (gotta get on that when I get back home today hehe).
In my opinion the best world is still world 7. Rutilant and Keel are best in slot for 90% of characters.

Crit is better for crit dps but atk% is better for DOT units, Luocha, and Tingyun.

shes spamming ult for her damage so her turns are more inconsequential than her debuffer teammates
It depends on her team setup, but most of the time you want ATK boots so spd becomes pretty useless. Doubly true if you use her with Bronya or Sparkle. With signature LC but no action forward SPD is a pretty good stat if you can hit a breakpoint.

Lol I'm 8 crit dmg lower and 200 atk more but we have the same Acheron but I'm using my Jing Yuans orb and rope on her. Been grinding the Sim.
Honestly the artifact system is one of the few things that HSR did worse than Genshin. Atleast in Genshin you can use off pieces for the hard-to-get pieces. Thats not an option in HSR.
Its not worse than Genshin you can easily get your set bonuses with relic remains and self modeling resin can help you get the correct mainstats instantly.
Genshin you can't even guarantee you get all the pieces to a set to begin with. You could be in a situation where you just can't get a sands or circlet in the set you are looking for. The strongbox doesn't guarantee you will get every piece of the set still but it is way better than how it was in 1.0 genshin.
Overall though Honkai star rail it was easier to get some set bonuses and proper mainstats at the very least but both games you don't require set bonuses to beat content. The worse part has always been the substat rolls.

@@MrcreeperDXD777 Yeah I know the topic he got some bad ones but he got multiple good pieces with crit out of 50 relics. This would not have even been an option in Genshin you couldn't guarantee getting 50 of a specfic piece at all. It ain't the best system but they solved a lot of the problems genshin had with farming even a decent set.

Salsoto and Izumo gap isn't that big usually u run whichever has the best substat

Inert is better only if you have better sub stats. Also if you have e6 it is overall better.
