If you play the original Pokémon Black version game specifically the Pokédex entry is as follows: “Litwick shines a light that absorbs the life energy of people and Pokémon, which becomes the fuel that it burns.” There’s also my personal Pokédex entry for it in the game Poke’mon Sword which is as follows: “The flame on its head keeps its body slightly warm. This Pokémon takes lost children by the hand to guide them to the spirit world.” Makes me wonder how many kids end up getting lost and then taken by Litwick since all the children in the Pokémon world are all just running around without any kind of adult supervision.
Another creepy Pokémon is Hypno, Hypno has the power to hypnotize you and make you under its control, the only thing that can de hypnotize you is drowsy, literally only one Pokémon can save you

Missingno is technically a Creepy Pokémon because Missgingno is a Glitch in Pokémon Red,Blue and Yellow and if you catch Missingno, it just corrupted your Pokemon
Ok but in the games if you lose all your pokemon you instantly get sent to either your bed or the nearest pokemon center so I assume that would also happen if you die in that world so yeah I would still love to be in that world
