Not all 60cell have the same dimension. Some are more square than others.
That blue tape is great. I use to mark all my steel/plastic cuts where typical pencil /pen don't work well..
While the jig saw works much better on the outside of the roof, the pilot hole would have been almost easier from the inside and a good safety check that the dimensions transferred correctly.
I find the inside vs the outside of the tape measure hook to be enough of a challenge.

Mate! We drilled pilot hikes from the inside for the window, not sure why we didn't do that on the fan. Inside vs outside tape measure, grr for the love of God.

@@AdventureAdriftSailing My wife keeps asking, why haven't you built the deck handrails yet? I tell her as long as I make a small mistake on other smaller projects, I'm not ready.... A lot of little projects are getting done :-)

Pretty sure they are on their new boat right now (California coast?), just a delay before those videos start coming out. They probably built up a back log of video to work with while dealing with Covid and Ty’s back recovery.
