I got to ride in an RDX Advance yesterday. The interior is nicer than some cars twice its price.
I love the A-Spec one, especially in the Blue color. I can't wait until Acura brings back their Type S model!
My mom test drove it yesterday and it was so comfortable! She might buy it in December.

Agreed. The A-Spec rims look awesome however to go with that trim level you give up some features that the Advance trim offers like the heads up display and around view camera. Also for me the red/black seats, ebony headliner and red treatment on the gauges that the A-Spec model offers make it tough to pass up. Wish Acura offered an Advance + A-Spec trim but I guess you can’t have everything.

I'm curious what US dealers thoughts are on the 2019 RDX engine which has many known issues from those running in the CRV but not getting much press.

It’s better but still not elegant. Honda motors just doesn’t do well in making something LOOK elegant and luxurious. To build a luxury car, it not only needs to have luxury quality and amenities but it should convey luxury just from the LOOK. Honestly, in terms of looks....I wouldn’t expect anything less than this for a new CR-V. It still has so much Honda DNA. If it didn’t have an Acura badge, I’d think it the new Honda CR-V. The same overall design idea that goes into making a Honda goes into this. It has the same straight line and sharp angles and slim built that is typically of Honda. It’s using a version of the a ”C” tail lights that Honda is using. It just doesn’t allure me any more than a fully loaded Honda. When you look at a bmw, it looks like luxury before you even know how luxurious it is. A Benz looks like elegant luxury before you even know what it has to offer. To be honest, looking at a Genesiss G70....it looks as good as any BMW. They know how to use design to convey that idea.
