EPIC WAFFLES by BM 1 cup raw buckwheat groats (soak overnight, don't drain - it will be slimy) (The quantity of soaking water is not mentioned so just enough to cover the grains.) In a blender place the above (groats with soaking water), "a little water", 1 tsp baking powder, & optional salt to taste. Blend until smooth. Pour in a preheated waffle maker. (The cooking time depends on your waffle maker & settings.) She ate it with chocolate sauce (I'm guessing cocoa powder, ripe banana/s & date/s) and some raw fruit (strawberries).
MASHED CHICKPEAS with CABBAGE by BM Mash cooked chickpeas with a fork or potato masher, then add some thick vegan yogurt (Greek Style), soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic & onion powder. Add grated raw purple cabbage and optional grated cucumber. Eat this on rice cakes.
I enjoy eating frozen sweet potatoes as an instant ice cream almost everyday! And it doesn't take much till it's ready to bite. For a lazy person like me, it's very convenient. Maybe it depends on the kind of sweet potatoes??? I only have tried with Japanese squishy sweet ones... Thank you always for great inspirations and wonderful recipes! We just returned from Barcelona (Spain, Switzerland (Interlaken region) and French Riviera) It was amazing!! I am from Alabama and it is hot!!! The weather was perfect!! The architect was awesome. The mountains in Switzerland were awe inspiring! Best trip ever!
Well I found the biscuit tea at my local Coles (Queensland) and it’s pretty good! Had two cups last night with oat milk but I didn’t really taste the biccy flavour. Made a cup at work today with nothing but hot water and I could taste a subtle flavour. I know my tastebuds are a bit overwhelmed as I’ve been eating processed foods with lots of salt/sodium so I’m sure once I get back to more wfpb the biccy flavour will be more noticeable. Anyways I’m super glad I finally got to try it after watching you enjoying it in so many videos!! Xx

Did I totally miss the demonstration of the Mexican Bake Casserole??? The recipe seemed simple enough, but I just made it, and the rice isn't even anywhere near being done. (I set the oven at 350 degrees F, used a 9x13 Pyrex glass dish and covered with aluminum foil). What the heck happened, and how do I save it??

I just set the fajita bake in my oven here in Honolulu. I forgot the corn so I jumped up and put that in and gave it a mix. It smells good ❤
