I feel sorry for Kanye West, just as I feel sorry for all people who are lost and living in spiritual darkness! Lord have mercy!

I'm sorry to hear about this. may you simply trust that as a perfectly loving and wise Father, the Lord has a good purpose for it and if I may, I'd like to share this story with you:
On the afternoon of June 15, 2022, I got a call from my mother that the house in which I was living at the time was being sold and that I would have to move. The land lady was gracious enough to let me stay there until we found a new apartment for me and it wasn't until December of that same year, my mother found a new one for me and the best part is that it is just a few steps from the church I'm currently attending.
Not only am I so grateful to the Lord for providing this apartment for me, but for the peace He gave me in the midst of such an uncertain time in my life as that one.
Also, one particular passage I'd like to bring your way is from Isaiah 43, where our Lord Himself declares this promise:
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you and the rivers will not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, neither will the flame kindle upon you.

Anyone with even an ounce of biblical discernment knew immediately that Kanye wasn't a true believer. It's really sad that he was promoted as a Christian. The people who put him in the spotlight are doubly responsible for making him believe that he was truly in the faith, when all along he clearly was not. I pray that he'll one day come to a true saving faith in Jesus Christ. So sad 😞

Adam Tyson, a solid reformed pastor who graduated from the Master’s Seminary spent months sharing the true biblical gospel with Kanye and counseling him. The fact that Kanye was seeking counsel from him gave a lot of people hope for Kanye. Obviously he went out from us because he was never of us, but you don’t have to shame people for having hope for him initially.

Yes, it seems to be a big problem with Christians to eagerly run celebrating and praising God when a celebrity comes out as a Christian and when other Christians say "Let's wait and see if this is genuine" they get accused of being legalistic Pharisees who ruin all the fun.
Lot's of normal folks make a false confession as well. Just high on emotion, or to please a parent or spouse...maybe just as a publicity stunt. Jesus spoke of the sower and the seed.
It saddens me when many professing Christians are more careful when it comes to not letting just anyone in the world work on their car when they need a mechanic, when they need to go to a doctor or a dentist for example. Yet, when it comes to talking about the Bible, teaching the Bible, the same caution doesn't apply. It is more like can the person draw a large crowd, are people entertained than do they meet the biblical qualifications. Lots of guys with a large fan base such as JustinTimberlake..they have a giant fan base, they can if said they were going to start a church maybe get millions to either come or listen to them online. Just because maybe one person is only able to get 20 people to come to church and another is able to get a million to listen to them, doesn't mean the one who can get a million to listen to him is more qualified to teach the Bible than the other person or that the one with a million is more annointed to teach. If that were the case than people like Michael Jackson, Prince, the Beatles, Elton John, Sting, to name at least a few are more annointed by God to teach If bigger their fame the more annointed was true.

I prayed my way out of prison. I was facing 56 years at 25 years old. My life would have been over. But God heard my cry and during it all I became competely the LORD'S. God prophetically delivered me and it was not once easy. In fact contrary to what Kanye said, God told me, "Be still and know that I am God." I also still had to cope with the fact that God alloted me 10 years in prison. Kanye is still holding on to what he loves, not seeking what God loves. But with that said, do we not all face that same dilemma? And with that said, how few Abrahams will we find in the world who will take their promised son to Mount Moriah and offer him to God?

I told my children to just sit back and watch. If he truly got saved, the fruit will manifest. It never did. I pray for all who need salvation, but will never take someone who is in the spotlight serious, until I see the fruit of salvation. You were right back then and sadly, he’s not truly born again. If Elvis Presley for example announced Jesus is Lord, Jesus and the angels would not treat the news as any more important than if say an alcohol addict who isn't famous gave his life over to the Lord.

When I feel this way i think of the book of Job. Thank God for everything. For your failures, for the improvements, for times hard and times blessed. Dont just blame Jesus. Walking in the flesh, we will always fail. We need to be more in spirit. With God our lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth all glory is his name.

I talked to Pastor Adam Tyson at Shepherd's Conference, he had been doing Bible study with and discipling Kanye and also preached at a couple "Sunday Services". He said he addressed some things with Kanye and he didn't respond well and cut off communication. Pastor Adam stated also that Kanye was not saved, one of the unfruitful soils of Matthew 13 that was not genuine faith.
So sad. We went to a marriage conference of Adam Tyson’s recently. He was such a solid preacher. Happy for the opportunity he had with KW but heartbreaking to see how KW has responded.
That's heartbreaking. Kanye has mental problems that need to be addressed, too.
It’s good to hear that Pastor Tyson wasn’t afraid to speak the truth in love with no partiality. Even though West didn’t respond well, I hope Tyson gets a Faithful Shepherd acknowledgment from Christ for that.
@greg8122 When Kanye stated that everyone wants to pray for him but they don't act, I immediately thought that he didn't like what was being said to him by solid teachers like Adam. Seeing him with the likes of TD Jake's and Joel Osteen, makes it appear he fell for a false gospel and when confronted with the truth, it didn't line up with what he wanted. It seems he cherry picked what he wanted from the little God's doctrine.
Wow! Kanye acting like as if nobody was there to try and help and support him when every one knows he plays victim and doesn’t like to hear true counsel because of his pride and mental illness.

I hope and pray that you’ll have the opportunities to actually have dialogues with fellow sinners to work out “…with fear and trembling” the truth of our salvation that only God is able to claim as saved or unsaved.
Please share the grace that we have been so freely given to those you deem as not Christian so that they may be convicted by the Holy Spirit’s leading (not yours) to repentance.
