And then when they flew into the lead, the announcers went “wow, who is that?” It really shows how BTS rose to the top. They were disregarded and brushed off…until they became impossible to ignore. Kinda wild.
Yoongi had his own reasons for not being able to perform at the Kobe concert and wrote a very sincere letter about his thoughts. I definitely recommend taking time either as part of a reaction or on your own because it conveys him as a person.
Hey Jonathan, I’m an Indian American eldest daughter of immigrants, who graduated from a top 10 uni with a bio degree and then got into medical school to be a doctor and then….quit 1 year from graduating and becoming a doctor. Because I knew I’d hate it all in a decade or two. It was rough with family, it was rough with acquaintances, it was rough personally inside my mind. My passion and love and personality for so long was medicine and suddenly it wasn’t. And guess what? A bit over a year later, I’m doing good. I’m happy, I’ve made my way, and the important people around me are happy that I’m healthy and happy. BTS will tell you over and over and OVER again in their music that passions come and go, and it’s okay. Coming from a mom that has gone through this and more with my kids. All we want is to know that whatever path you choose pays the bills and that you don’t struggle. We want to know that there’s a plan and it actually works. If you’re going to tell them you want to drop out of school make sure you have another way to make money and can prove it. But while they support you, RUclips should be done on your dime and not theirs. You need an income that’s consistent and reliable. Something with insurance because we worry a lot. Once you move out then you will know when and if you can go full time on here. Actions speak louder then words. As for your ex, I think that you need to get your life together first before taking on more then you need to handle. We are also going to be here cheering you on. Good luck!

He went on temporary rest for few weeks(?) Or months i think, and when he came back he release a long message regarding what has happened.

The first guy is Zitao,formally know as Tao and he was a member of EXO. He left after three years and sued the company because of him (as well as the past chinese members) were treated unfairly compared to the korean ones and weren't paid well,etc. Also he was known for acrobatics so the company made him do it again and again even though he was hurt. In the footage in this video,he's one of the mentor in a program where they train 100 girls until they have like 10 i think in the need to become a girlgroup in China;it's showing that groups that are actually friends while active are more likely to be there for a long time,if you are in a group but don't like each other,it will probably show. It's to show you that BTS are truly a team,they always support each other even in their solo stuff and aren't trying to be the most popular
Just my opinion I feel like you should finish school. Even if you don't pursue that career right away, at least you have that degree to fall back on. For example Megan Thee Stallion earned a bachelor of science degree in health administration from Texas Southern University. If Megan decides that she no longer wants to be a rapper she has a back up plan. Another thing if you had to take a partial student loan, you might as well continue. Imagine having to pay back student loan debt but have nothing to show for it. (Nothing against those who drop out of school, everyone has their own personal reason for doing so.) Also, if you decide to pursue RUclips full time and your parents express their disappointment, at least you can say you completed school. You will have a leg to stand on with them. I do believe education is key. Ultimately, the decision is yours. Decide and stand by your choice. You can always go back to school if needed.

Listen, doll- I don’t think it would hurt to follow through on the traffic controller career. You’ve put a lot of time and effort into the training- try and see how you feel about it. If you don’t love it, it could still be an avenue/entry into other careers in the industry. YT is indeed finicky when it comes to making money and finding a “brand” that you can market and be successful. You definitely have the charisma to grow your channel to much larger than what it is. I know you will, but stay honest to yourself and your passion and you will figure it out 💜
I do understand the conundrum you are in. You didn't ask, but from a 40yo let me throw some insight as I've been somewhat there and as a mom. Parents are worried about you, it's not the "you have to study", it's because they want stability for their kids than many think that comes from studying a career, which in most cases is more or less true. But you also have the right to be wrong sometimes and make mistakes, you know? Even if they aren't fully mistakes. I was on my 3rd year of Aeronautical Engineering, and I signed to go to the Air Force. That's where I learnt and worked as Air Controller :) I LOVED it, every single part of it. But for some reason after 3 years I wanted to move, and being a "rookie" it wasn't easy, so I left. I started working here and there (big corporations, but in phone network, retail and F&B xD) and I did good in all of them. On the side, I was translating Asian movies subs and anime for years and I "discovered" there were studies about that so I did that. Since then I do work as a videogame translator and I love it. I still love all the other paths, and I would revisit them, but for me being a translator lets me explore so many possibilities with all the different stories, that I'm content. I think another thing I could be it'd be actress or singer, and probably because of the same reason: the endless possibilities and creation of worlds. Having said all that: if you are almost done, at least maybe finish your studies, that's something to have as backup, you know? On the ex situation... I'd wait it out until I can have my (near) future decided. Maybe you want to say YES because it's something you know vs the anxiety the unknown about your future is giving you (that's how I view your hesitance). You've told us many times you loved her, you'd do the whole relationship again in going back in time, but that you wouldn't get back with her... Why the change in determination now? Because you are pondering on all the other stuff, and while you continue to do that, you won't be able to make a decision per se, rather you'll go to what's "easy"/"known". Same for the career path. With the caveat that at least it can have your back economically, and unfortunately we DO need money. You are not alone, feel free to talk about stuff anytime you need to. Let us know if you want 0 advice/opinions in here as well, I hope you don't find it too invasive but rather that's us appreciating you and maybe brainstorming with you for ways out ^^U And FYI I think you are doing 150% correct with your nephew :* protect him at all costs.

Y tienes que elegir en qué te quieres especializar, aunque termines haciendo otras asignaturas optativas. Yo hice inglés y alemán. Al mismo tiempo hay una carrera que se llama Estudios de Asia Oriental y aprendes un batiburrillo de cosas y tienes que elegir una opción emtre estudios de China o de Japón, incluido el idioma (al menos antes, creo que ahora se oferta coreano también). Ahí estudias de todo aparte del idioma elegido. Puedes hacer los dos pero solo te gradúas con uno en el título, ya que la carrera solo la haces una vez. Ese es tu "major". Como además estudié el otro idioma (no era necesario), ese sería mi "minor". Hice ambas carreras simultáneamente. En la carrera de Traducción, aparte de 2 idiomas, puedes añadir cosas como traducción social y ese sería un minor. O interpretación en lugar de traducción (q son los majors). Espero que esté más claro 😘

Here’s what I can say about your dilemma cos I also did the same thing. I just followed what I want. I quit uni and decided to work instead. (It’s not like i’m not going back, I’ll probably will but just not now) Remember that we have our own pace. It’ll be hard though. There will be moments when you compare yourself to others and where they are in life. If you decide to take a different path, I guarantee that there will be a lot of hurdles but since you decided to take that path, you have to take responsibility for it. Before you quit something, make sure you plan what you want to do and work hard for it. Also, your education/degree can be something you can fall back on in case this RUclips thing doesn’t work out in the future. But I hope that whatever you decide and put your mind to, you will succeed.
You are an amazing individual, and I know whatever you decide to do in this life it would be the right thing to do for you. I support whatever you do, and you are going to do amazing things in this world because of the person I see when I watch your videos. Oh and about what your want to pursue as a career.....perhaps one way you can go about it is to try out the air traffic control at least for a little while, so that you can know for sure whether or not it's the right thing for you. And then your parents will see that you did at least give it a fair try. It's super hard to go against parent's wishes, but it's your own life ultimately. You're the one who has to live it. As long as you're willing to take the hardships of going down the less traveled road, you can do anything. Just remember that your passion for anything will always have it's ups and downs, even RM and Suga have mentioned their dips in their passion for music.

You know what I actually have the same dilemma about school ..being African I've always been shown and told that school is the only way and jobs like doctors and stuff are the way to go so I never developed a specific passion honestly ..I'm a third year and I have always been logical with it so I never really had a problem with school coz I've always know it's gonna get me where I wanna be ..I'm now always scared I'm not gonna do my best and it's gonna show coz I'm not really passionate about what I'm doing meaning I'm also not giving it time to tone my craft you know ..computer science by the way so I don't know and about yr ex girlfriend I'm sure she knows now if she is that passionate about you enough to watch yr RUclips 😂😂

I feel like you should finish school. Even if you don't pursue that career right away, at least you have that degree to fall back on. For example
Megan Thee Stallion earned a bachelor of science degree in health administration from Texas Southern University. If Megan decides that she no longer wants to be a rapper she has a back up plan.
Another thing if you had to take a partial student loan, you might as well continue. Imagine having to pay back student loan debt but have nothing to show for it. (Nothing against those who drop out of school, everyone has their own personal reason for doing so.)
Also, if you decide to pursue RUclips full time and your parents express their disappointment, at least you can say you completed school. You will have a leg to stand on with them.
I do believe education is key.
Ultimately, the decision is yours. Decide and stand by your choice. You can always go back to school if needed.

Listen, doll- I don’t think it would hurt to follow through on the traffic controller career. You’ve put a lot of time and effort into the training- try and see how you feel about it. If you don’t love it, it could still be an avenue/entry into other careers in the industry. YT is indeed finicky when it comes to making money and finding a “brand” that you can market and be successful. You definitely have the charisma to grow your channel to much larger than what it is. I know you will, but stay honest to yourself and your passion and you will figure it out 💜

You didn't ask, but from a 40yo let me throw some insight as I've been somewhat there and as a mom.
Parents are worried about you, it's not the "you have to study", it's because they want stability for their kids than many think that comes from studying a career, which in most cases is more or less true. But you also have the right to be wrong sometimes and make mistakes, you know? Even if they aren't fully mistakes.
I was on my 3rd year of Aeronautical Engineering, and I signed to go to the Air Force. That's where I learnt and worked as Air Controller :) I LOVED it, every single part of it. But for some reason after 3 years I wanted to move, and being a "rookie" it wasn't easy, so I left.
I started working here and there (big corporations, but in phone network, retail and F&B xD) and I did good in all of them. On the side, I was translating Asian movies subs and anime for years and I "discovered" there were studies about that so I did that. Since then I do work as a videogame translator and I love it. I still love all the other paths, and I would revisit them, but for me being a translator lets me explore so many possibilities with all the different stories, that I'm content. I think another thing I could be it'd be actress or singer, and probably because of the same reason: the endless possibilities and creation of worlds.
Having said all that: if you are almost done, at least maybe finish your studies, that's something to have as backup, you know? On the ex situation... I'd wait it out until I can have my (near) future decided. Maybe you want to say YES because it's something you know vs the anxiety the unknown about your future is giving you (that's how I view your hesitance). You've told us many times you loved her, you'd do the whole relationship again in going back in time, but that you wouldn't get back with her... Why the change in determination now? Because you are pondering on all the other stuff, and while you continue to do that, you won't be able to make a decision per se, rather you'll go to what's "easy"/"known". Same for the career path. With the caveat that at least it can have your back economically, and unfortunately we DO need money.
You are not alone, feel free to talk about stuff anytime you need to. Let us know if you want 0 advice/opinions in here as well, I hope you don't find it too invasive but rather that's us appreciating you and maybe brainstorming with you for ways out ^^U

Where do you live? The degree should be available in any country, today more widespread (when I studied it, only 4-5 Universities offered it) ^^

Y tienes que elegir en qué te quieres especializar, aunque termines haciendo otras asignaturas optativas. Yo hice inglés y alemán. Al mismo tiempo hay una carrera que se llama Estudios de Asia Oriental y aprendes un batiburrillo de cosas y tienes que elegir una opción emtre estudios de China o de Japón, incluido el idioma (al menos antes, creo que ahora se oferta coreano también). Ahí estudias de todo aparte del idioma elegido. Puedes hacer los dos pero solo te gradúas con uno en el título, ya que la carrera solo la haces una vez. Ese es tu "major". Como además estudié el otro idioma (no era necesario), ese sería mi "minor". Hice ambas carreras simultáneamente. En la carrera de Traducción, aparte de 2 idiomas, puedes añadir cosas como traducción social y ese sería un minor. O interpretación en lugar de traducción (q son los majors). Espero que esté más claro 😘

Here’s what I can say about your dilemma cos I also did the same thing. I just followed what I want. I quit uni and decided to work instead. (It’s not like i’m not going back, I’ll probably will but just not now) Remember that we have our own pace. It’ll be hard though. There will be moments when you compare yourself to others and where they are in life. If you decide to take a different path, I guarantee that there will be a lot of hurdles but since you decided to take that path, you have to take responsibility for it. Before you quit something, make sure you plan what you want to do and work hard for it. Also, your education/degree can be something you can fall back on in case this RUclips thing doesn’t work out in the future. But I hope that whatever you decide and put your mind to, you will succeed.

It's super hard to go against parent's wishes, but it's your own life ultimately. You're the one who has to live it. As long as you're willing to take the hardships of going down the less traveled road, you can do anything. Just remember that your passion for anything will always have it's ups and downs, even RM and Suga have mentioned their dips in their passion for music.
