Otis and Ruby in s02 ep 7 are my go to characters after all the will-they-won't-they tension between Otis and Maeve. Yes she's a bitch most times, but when she said her dad had MS, her human side came out, and Otis homed in on that very well and gained her confidence. The writers did not have the courage to prolong the relationship due to the plot of otis and maeve. If they continued for two more episodes, there would not have been a fanatic who would have had the courage to think about the breakup of this couple.
Season 3 in my opinion: otis will try to forget maeve cuz eventually maeve will not be reacting to otis’ message due to isaac’s dick move. So he is most probably will be seeking for someone new and that girl will be ruby, ruby can definitely be affirmative towards otis, maeve will see ruby around otis, they will argue. Sooner or later maeve will learn the fact about otis and isaac and will act accordingly asap. Meanwhile otis and ruby will be dating so its gonna be too late. But who knows they may end short and we might finally see otis and maeve together.
i think ruby and her friends are vegan because of her lead. She just became vegan because there might be a financial crisis going on in her family due to her dad's condition.
