It's a shame since this car was one of Need For Speed's most iconic cars during it's earliest days but it's absence from it's sequels driven this classic into obscurity. It's too bad because this was such a cool car
@@patito8728 the people who knows and don't forget are the ones what matter the most, they are the real car fans, not the mainstream, they can keep their bs JDMs, muscle and day2day cars... So, yeah, not forgotten...
When I was just a 9 year old kid and saw the 1999 Seat Toledo I really thought, WOW, did they get the inspiration from that awesome Nazca supercar in NFS 2 SE?
To be honest the videos and showcases are unique still to its time... you feel the fascination for every single car in the game... something that i miss in mass productions like Forza and NFS these days.
Sadly BMW dropped it after remembering the M1 was a commercial failure, so left the name to Italdesign. Would love if they were made, it's one of the prettiest cars I've seen to this day.
this game was so ahead of its time for 1997
Damn, I wish this was put into production. Too many Italdesign cars are relegated to prototype concept cars
This Car is awesome. A Fusion of German and Italy. This Design is genius
Nowadays a fusion of German and Italian is called Pagani

True they are similar, because draw it Giugiaro
It would be awesome to see a spiritual successor to these classic NFS games, mostly Hot Pursuit 2, I miss these types of games!

That, also. It's just so fun to learn about cars back then, and even now when we all look back on them!

@lawlshane i envy the Sultan of Brunei, he's got all the awesome cars...
The First BMW In Need For Speed Game!
They used the same showcase script for the Nazca C2 in the PS2 version of NFS 3
Says not for sale but I think the sultan of brunei had/has one (or more)
He has one, there are only three of it in the world, this C2, the earlier M12 and the open top C2.
Yes
The Real Name is BMW Naza C2
Sadly BMW dropped it after remembering the M1 was a commercial failure, so left the name to Italdesign. Would love if they were made, it's one of the prettiest cars I've seen to this day.
*not for sale*
