- Mohsin Ghujjar lassi wala has setup his shop more than 50 years ago in the walled city of Lahore (Texali Gate). These guys start their day at 5:00am and are sold out by 8-9:00am. They sell yogurt in clay pans, so their yogurt is thick and rich in taste. I've heard a lot about Fhika Lassi Wala, but his lassi finishes by 8:00am. So we were not lucky to taste his lassi, twice!

I'm acutely aware of the high augers and cholesterol in these street foods that's why the food expositions are limited to couple of times in a year.

Those glasses are good ideal for lassi nowadays most lassi shops don't use such glasses.

Lassi and butter milk same thing in Urdu /Punjabi lassi or chaach in English butter milk 👌

tejas s buttermilk /chaach/fikhi lassi is same on the taste scale, they are salty with additives of choice ... lassi in general is the sweeter one that is served with cream n add ons .... in india if lassi is mentioned on the menu card it means its the sweeter one ... or if otherwise mentioned as chaach or by any other alternative names...
