in case you use piezos: - use 3 piezos wired in parallel - use an interface/mixer that has an instrument/hi-z input (gear that's for electric guitar generally works well). hooking piezos up to line or mic inputs will give you a bad sound - shield the piezos to minimize electromagnetic interference - use a shielded cable, as thick and short as possible
