If SpaceX has anything to say about anything, they'll be going to the moon with a fleet of ships after the first pioneering missions have been completed. Pretty sure there will be reporters among the travellers. of which there will not be just a few but probably a couple of hundred. Anywho, pretty sure Elon will make sure Tim gets a seat, he's Elon's favorite interviewer. I say 2028 is when we (humanity) seriously go back to the moon to stay and Mars within ten years after that. If there's any smart people at SpaceX (which there are, in spades!) they'll be planning to build Mars-bound starships ON THE MOON. The moon has most of the required resources for building ships. Iron, water (For oxygen and hydrogen), carbon (to combine with hydrogen to make methane), and a plethora of other minerals etc. Plus, 1/6th gravity means the ships meant for hauling cargo can be built much bigger with only a slight increase in the amount of fuel and engine power. Imagine a starship hauling 1,000 tons!

It's sad to know you'll not be tripping off to the moon, I was looking forward to hearing about it all. I'd heard/seen that you came into some Nevada Area B memorabilia or photos, a place near by me. If you collect NASA and JPL program memorabilia and such, perhaps asking for a Viking 1 panoramic B/W negative set would be a success. I had one or two sets I lost track of or tossed years ago, and didn't work on that campus at all but a friend did and gave them to me. Such may have been common as dirt then in Pasadena, times were fun and wild. It might be viewer or subscriber bingo, who knows?

what i want to know is how you get propellant to the engine in weightless conditions and a vacuum - there is nothing to pump with, is it purely inertial?

I did a post everywhere possible. I had NDA’s that I couldn’t talk about it once it was cancelled. Nothing happened after the announcement to even talk about on our end, yet I got asked about it in every stream and I said what I could. I talked about it on my podcast.
