I’m a zoology major in tears right now. This, ladies and gentlemen, is what it’s all about. Befriending wild animals like this is the absolute best feeling in the world. I met a very friendly little bee once that got stuck in my house and after I fed him a drop of honey, he kept coming back every day for a week. Never saw him again after that. I hope he’s surrounded by flowers wherever he is 💛
She, but I love everything you've said! Even if I have a phobia of black and yellow stinging insects and get dive bombed by them all the time I appreciate what honey bees are bumble bees do for us
I befriended a jumping spider back in college, 80's. During lunch, I ate outside, and this spider came out from under the picnic table and jumped on my hand. I lowered him down to the table where he jumped back. Then I put my hand back down and he would jump on me again. This went on for quite a while that day. For several weeks she kept showing up during lunch (in fact I'm sure that's one of the reasons I kept going back to that table). Never saw her again after a two week break in school but now, every time I see a jumping spider, I stick my finger in their face to see if they'll climb aboard.
I'm convinced that the birds do talk to each other and say where food is etc. I never knew that it was magpies making that sound all this time. They sound way different where I live. How sweet his girlfriend has come to see how much of a threat u are coz he kept talking about you lol...
They share knowledge for sure. I was leaving some seeds to my window at first a dove came . Days passed there were a dove couple, then two more doves. I also see tiny bird coming to eat seeds.

I hope he’s surrounded by flowers wherever he is 💛
Bees don’t live very long so he’s probably passed by now, but with that being said you must’ve made his life special while he was still around
Bless your sweet heart.
She, but I love everything you've said! Even if I have a phobia of black and yellow stinging insects and get dive bombed by them all the time I appreciate what honey bees are bumble bees do for us
I’m a vet major. This is heaven
I'm so jealous. I wished we had birds like that here. Beautiful.
I'm convinced that the birds do talk to each other and say where food is etc. I never knew that it was magpies making that sound all this time. They sound way different where I live. How sweet his girlfriend has come to see how much of a threat u are coz he kept talking about you lol...

Australian magpies have such interesting voices. They sound like someone playing a flute recording backwards.
That's why they call them flutebirds in other languages. Verdugo flautista (Spain), Flötenvogel (Germany), Cassican flûteur (France) and Australsk Fløjtefugl (Denmark).
Butcher birds, which look a lot like a fat magpie have even more amazing range of melodic tones. After being mesmerized by their sounds, it’s quite disconcerting when they then swoop down and carry off new born birds from other nests. Well that’s nature.
i actually rewinded the video and said "wow, those magpies have a gorgeous call"

When I was a child, I used to pester my parents for a pet parrot. When I became an adult, I realised the cruelty of keeping birds in cages.
A word we’re we all coexist 🎉
@@akshayuppala9295 It’s extremely nuanced. Birds are high maintenance animals to keep. If you’re going to have one, a cage is nice, yes, but most of the time it should be out and interacting. And I’m talking, like, literally whenever you’re home and awake. I am not supportive of the notion that keeping birds as pets is cruel. It’s not.
