Kendrick Perkins is all over LBJ D**k largely because of LBJ taking the lead in what's going on outside of basketball. Perk refused to acknowledge that anyone in today's game is on or near LeBron's level. He wouldn't even put Kevin Durant in the argument completely contrary to what Stephen A and Max were saying, which is he's been the best pure scorer of the past 6 or 7 years from anywhere on the floor. Yes LeBron James is better than Kevin Durant, but if you ask people who you would like on your team right now between Durant and LBJ, it's not like it's an automatic LBJ without even thinking. People are going to stand there scratch their head and think about it for a minute. Worst of all is Max and Stephen A are giving him straight facts in regards to why Michael Jordan is considered the goat by 73% of NBA players yet he refuses to listen and just keeps blabbing. Colin Cowherd said Jordan in his prime couldn’t lead the Lakers to a ring like LeBron could.
      Let’s break it down:
*Lakers vs Blazers:* Jordan would have no issues against defensive “juggernauts” like Lillard, fractured back McCollum, 36 year old Carmelo, Jusuf Nurkic and Hassan Lazyside.
*Lakers vs Houston Midgets:* anchored by a 6’5’ with a 10 inch vertical PJ Tucker and pudgy Harden and Gordon. Ahh yes Jordan would struggle against that. LeBrons supporting cast averaged 85.2 PPG.
*Lakers vs Nuggets:* a ferocious defensive tandem of Murray and Porter. Plus the athletic freak of nature Nikola Jokic as the rim protector. AD averaged 31.2 PPG against that. Scottie Pippen could never.
*Lakers vs Heat:* this Miami team has more plumbers than all of Jordan’s finals opponents combined. Jordan defeated a Heat team with Mourning, Mashburn and Hardaway. Jimmy Butler, Adebayo and Herro are no competition.

Before LeBron even won his first ring you heard the same thing everywhere "Mike was the better scorer, LeBron is the better overall player"
Nobody wants to use the word GOAT because of his Finals losses and Mike has none, which I think is downright blasphemy!!!!
Why use team accomplishments to measure two individual players? Mike was part of a big 3 both threepeats. Jordan, Grant, and Pippen then Jordan, Worm, and Pippen. He also had the same coach for all 6 title runs, the same coach that took Kobe to 5 titles.
With Mike Brown pretending to be an NBA coach and teammates pretending to be be NBA caliber talent, LeBron carried straight up BUMS past the Detroit Pistons to the NBA Finals.
Granted the Pistons weren't as good as they were in 04 when they won it all, but they were still miles above Cleveland as far as overall roster talent. And had LeBron not willed his team to victory, that would've been Detroit's third Finals appearance in 4 or 5 years.

@Internet Police You say you're objective and not emotional. So why dont you tell us why you believe Lebron is better?
Here's some objective measures that form the basis for my belief that MJ was better:
      MJ averaged more PPG
      More SPG
      More offensive rebounds per game
      More contested rebounds per game
Higher FG% (for their careers by age 35)
      Far higher FT percentage
      Fewer TOV per game
Far better usage rating to turnover percentage ratio
Far better TS% relative to league average
      Better offensive rating
      Better defensive rating
      Higher Box Plus Minus
      Higher WS/48
      Better on/off +/-
Here are some subjective eye test reasons why I think he was better
MJ had a better post up game
MJ was a better ball protector
MJ was a better ball handler
MJ was a better on ball defender
MJ actually played defense every possession instead of farming uncontested rebounds
      MJ was a better shooter
MJ scored at a far higher average level of difficulty and still did it as efficiently on more volume
MJ was more clutch (I can support this statistically/analytically as well)
Now you tell us why you think Lebron was better without the usual "oNe And NiNe beForE piPpen duuur"

MJ: Won against Magic, Bird, Thomas, Barkley, Stockton, Malone, Kemp, Payton, Ewing, Miller etc... in a fashion that he won against them more times.
Kobe was 1-1 against the Boston big 4, 1-0 against Dwight Howard and somehow got things even with Billups and Wallace with him defeating 09' Denver in WCF and 10' Celtics in NBA Finals.
LeBron: 1-2 against the Spurs lost 2 finals against em', 1-3 against the Warriors, 1-2 against Durant... 0-1against Dallas w/ Heat having the best players on prime.
And don't tell me about he having bad teammates because he's even playing the GM's job.
LeBron is great he just not the GOAT, the Gods been pouring him health and versatility but the definition of greatness is not measured by time or numbers because being a god is doing the intangibles.

The TEAM of Jordan won against those name, not Jordan alone. Stop comparing players, it's useless, because Lebron did things that Jordan didn't, so there is not an objective criteria. Put Lebron on the Bulls team of those years and you'll easily get 6 championships.

Davide P. 82 games per season with the most physical defenses available back to back to back while nutrition and technology wasnt at its peak. LeBron wouldnt be this much active if he played in the 90's. Jordan played thru injuries so as Kobe, LeBron just don't have that heroic feels for the fans so he is top 3 for me not the GOAT.

@@jshkngx85 you keep making hypothesis that have no value. You are not proving something, you are just saying things randomly. Sorry but these comparisons are useless. Try something else. Bye
P.s lebron played the finals with a broken hand. It seems that you remember only what you like, as usual in these type of dialogs.

Look who's talkin' you are also making hypothesis it won't make you better if you ain't open, what I'm saying were facts connecting to how the game appears to the fans both mentally and emotionally. Of course I remembered LeBron playing with a broken hand, but he kept on complainin. What some of the fans wanted is a player who's like a gladiator, a fierce competitor, a winner in crunch times and you can't take that from them.
