Nice, When I was looking for a MX5 I was also looking at a Crystal Blue one but ended up with the Sunlight Silver. But those seats with the blue looks great.
MD van Dyk yeah the crystal blue is hard to come by especially in Australia!! The seats I think just go so well blue on blue bro!
Excited to find a simple solution for fitting the Sparco in an NB. Does this setup lower the driver seating position compared to stock? If so, by how much? Many say it is actually higher. Can someone clarify please?

Hey Kyle, can you heel toe at 6’3” with this setup.
I’m the same height and thinking about seat options for my NA to allow me to heel toe (not possible with stock seat and 350mm wheel)
Great video! On a day to day basis, how do you find the comfort of the seats compared to stock?
They are fantastic for day to day if you are doing under 30 min drives !
Do these give you any more room between the bottom of the steering wheel and the tops of your legs? I'm only 5'11", but I have long legs, so headroom isn't a problem, but my legs hit the wheel a lot.
Are you doing anything to aid in using the stock seatbelts?

Do the seats come with mounting brackets and if so are these adapter brackets better than the supplied ones?
I realise this is an old video, but if you see this, hit me up. I just fitted the exact same seat and adapters to my 99 NB and I feel that i'm sat higher and further forward than my stock seat...Did you do something to give you more room backwards like removing the fabric stuff on the bulkhead? I don't get it. Everyone says they're great for tall drivers, but NOT me. I'm 6'2" and feel more cramped than with the stock seat...cry cry cry

I have to say after seeing this vid I thought I'd be sorted with the adapter kit and my Sparco Sprint in my NB8B, turns out however this kit doesn't lower the Sparco a single bit compared to the factory seat. Terrible fitment to get in as well.
It doesn’t lower it, but the sprints designs definitely sits you lower

How tall are you? Before my Rexy I was gonna get an MX5 but the one I checked out had a race seat in it and I couldn't comfortably fit in it. It completely put me off getting an MX5 but I assume we're about the same height

1. Did you buy them from the actual sparco website?
2. Aside from seats themselves what eles did it come with?
3. In relation to question 2 does it come with those brackets and harnesses or are those usually sold separately?
Hey mate. They came from a genuine sparco supplier in Australia.
They didn’t come with anything else just the seats.
Everything else sold separately!

Are these the large ones when I go to order it says large or regular the regular seems alittle small for me I was jw if the large fit in the miata?
Both fit in the nb i am not sure if they fit in the na tho. And how big are u? Bc i think small will fit

These brackets don’t fit for shit on mine, same seat and everything. It makes the stock slides fit too wide and won’t work.
This is incredible! I'm actually looking into a solution to retain the factory seat belt with sparco sprints. The sparco base plate with the seatbelt piece does not put the seatbelt buckle in an ideal position. How does your seatbelt feel with the stock rail position? If you got an instagram, I'd love to follow up in detail about this. cheers @project.maiya
