So if I understand well, modern Nord/Yamaha/Hammond organ tone generators are sample based, and this Viscount is modeling the physics of the original tonewheel generator of old hammonds ?
Pretty much all have been modelled for about 20 years ago now. The Nord organ is modelled, the Yamaha I’m not certain, but I think it is to. Crumar Mojo is modelled, and Viscount is modelled.
You have that wrong. Hammond-Suzuki (ie "Hammond") has been modeled since XK-3 or so. I can't speak for exactly how long the others have also been using modeling-only but it's been a long long time for all of the big players. The Hammond XM modules, Emu B3, Voce DMI 64 MK2, Peavey Spectrum Organ, and others of that era were using samples. That was late 1990's.
Thank you both for your answer. I'm not a specialist, I currently own a Reface YC which is sample based, so I wasn't sure how often is this technology used for other well-established brands and models. I can't hear the difference with physic modeling for now. One day maybe.
What kind of demo is this? Hey Viscount, there are black musicians that actually play the full organ with pedals....this is not a demo...get some real GOSPEL musicians to sell your products smh...LEARN FROM NORD...it's not that hard.
Yeah, let's politicize the f*cking Organ. We'll get Jussie Smollet in on Organ ,Rachel Dolezal on Drums, maybe Che Geuvara's Grandchildren can read speeches from Martin Luther King thru a microphone along to the music. IF ONLY Viscount would get with that Afrocentric propoganda programme constructed to take revenge against white supremacy. IF ONLY. Shame on them !
Wunderbar platzierte und aufgeräumte Bedienelemente.
I hope while dying I would hear this intro.
Just Amazed by the instrument and your playing. Oustanding!
Amazing
Thanks!❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
neat how it flutters the keys when the percussion is on-like a Vintage Hammond
Day one purchase for me
Need one
Organ 8-9/10.
Great, as always.
Leslie emulator 6-7/10.
Not the best, but certainly better than the previous Legend.
Which clonewheel and leslie-sim do you prefer ? Have a good day
@@calcairecamhiNot necessarily a clone wheel, but the organ that comes with Logic Pro is my absolute favorite. Including the Leslie sim

By the way, the organ sounds far better than this now, with the new Leslie Model B.

What a disaster demo and performance...
Wow :/

He is gospel, just according to Tom Cruise and his merry band of scientologists!
