I learned from a majespecter player that if it is written "when" in card it must resolve at the end that means absolute dragon on chain 1. This way when vortex comes to field it spins back a attack monstar.
It’s a good card. A scale 0 that searches a fusion spell, protects from ALL damage, and enables pendulum evolution. It’s also a level 7 so it synergies well with the other Odd-Eyes cards
